Add a percentage only if you can support it, and avoid claiming sole causation for a team result.

Choose the meaning that fits
Expanded often fits a larger scope, audience or range of services. Raised works naturally with a level or amount, and grew can describe a developing audience or business measure. Each still claims an increase, even without a percentage. Identify the starting point, end point and period in your notes. If the change was a team result, explain your contribution without taking sole credit.
Community operations example
Expanded the volunteer orientation schedule to include an evening session for applicants unavailable during working hours.
The increase here is in scheduling options. It does not claim increased attendance, retention or satisfaction without separate observations supporting those outcomes. This is an illustration, not a claim to copy into your own work history.
Use it in your own sentence
Start with the action you performed, add the project or process, then explain the purpose or result. Include a number only when you can verify it. Read the sentence aloud: a precise, ordinary word is usually stronger than inflated language.
Check three things before keeping the rewrite: could you explain the work in an interview, does the verb match your authority, and does the result belong to you or the wider team? Keep technical terms that accurately describe your experience. Changing a verb should make the sentence easier to understand without changing what happened. Use past tense for completed work and consistent tense for ongoing duties.
