Action + work + context + outcome
“Prepared weekly sales reports for the regional team using Excel and CRM data.”
Illustrative example. Your draft will use your own details.

1. Choose an honest verb
Use Created for something you made, Analyzed for information you examined, or Supported when you helped someone else.
2. Add specific context
Name the report, process, customers or project you worked on. Include tools only when they matter to the role.
3. Include a real result
A result can be qualitative. Leave it blank when you cannot support an outcome; a clear description is still useful.
From a responsibility to a clear contribution
Start with a real task rather than a general quality. “Good communicator” tells the reader little about the work; “Prepared weekly handover notes for the evening support team” identifies an action, an output and an audience. You do not need to turn every routine duty into a dramatic achievement. A clear description can establish the scope of your experience.
Keep the action verb separate from the task field so the draft does not repeat it. For example, choose Prepared and enter “weekly handover notes,” then add “for the evening support team” as context. Use the outcome field for a complete statement only when you have something further to explain. If you have no verified result, the action and context can stand on their own.
Examples from different kinds of work
Student example: “Developed a course planning prototype using React and documented keyboard-navigation checks.” This illustrates a project contribution without presenting it as paid engineering employment. Explain which part you built if the project was shared, and identify the course or project setting elsewhere in your resume.
Healthcare example: “Coordinated discharge paperwork with nursing and administration colleagues.” This keeps the activity specific without adding patient identifiers or claiming a clinical outcome. Finance example: “Prepared monthly variance notes using approved reports for department review.” It describes preparation without implying that you approved the figures or made the department’s spending decisions.
These examples demonstrate structure, not facts to copy. Replace the activity, tools and setting with your experience. If a result belongs to the whole team, say so and explain your contribution. A sentence should remain accurate even if the reader asks who else worked on the task.
Edit the result before using it
Choose the draft with the clearest order and use the editable text area to make it sound natural. Remove repeated information and check that the action matches your level of responsibility. Supported, coordinated and led can describe different roles in the same project; they are not interchangeable ways to make a sentence sound stronger.
Use past tense for completed work and keep ongoing responsibilities consistent. Check names, tools and any numbers against your own records. When a bullet becomes long, remove background the reader can find in the job heading. Keep the detail that shows what you did. Generating again replaces edited drafts, and leaving or reloading the page clears your entries, so copy wording you want to keep first.
Questions, answered
Is this resume bullet generator free?
Yes. Generate and copy drafts without an account, payment or usage limit.
Does it use AI or upload my work history?
No. This guided generator combines your inputs locally in your browser. It does not send them to an AI model or save them to an account.
What if I do not have numbers for my achievements?
Describe the task, scope and tools accurately. Leave the outcome blank if needed. Do not invent percentages, money saved or team sizes.
Will these bullets pass an ATS?
No tool can guarantee that. Use accurate wording relevant to the job, familiar headings and readable formatting. Follow the employer’s file-format instructions.
