About the Role
ResumizeAI is looking for an experienced Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation, career guides, and instructional content that helps our users maximize their job search potential.
Your work will directly serve our mission by deciphering complex career advice, ATS nuances, and resume optimization strategies into digestible, actionable content for our users.
You will be the bridge between our complex AI engineering and our end users, ensuring that everyone using our platform knows exactly how to build a job-winning application.
What You'll Do
- ✦Write clear, concise, and highly accurate career guides, resume tips, interview preparation materials, and cover letter examples.
- ✦Produce, update, and maintain technical documentation, help center articles, and tooltips for our platform features.
- ✦Continuously research and update existing content to ensure alignment with current hiring trends, industry shifts, and ATS algorithm changes.
- ✦Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to deeply understand new features and distill them into value-driven release notes for end-users.
- ✦Optimize all content for SEO to improve our organic discoverability and capture high-intent search traffic.
- ✦Establish and maintain the editorial style guide for ResumizeAI to ensure tone and formatting consistency across all user touchpoints.
What We're Looking For
- ✦3+ years of technical writing, UX writing, or high-level content writing experience, preferably in tech or SaaS.
- ✦Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a meticulous eye for detail and structure.
- ✦Strong understanding of resume parsing technology, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and broader HR tech is highly preferred.
- ✦Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts or algorithmic processes into simple, user-friendly instructions.
- ✦Experience working closely with engineering and product teams to map out documentation strategies.
- ✦Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple content priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.
