About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and experienced SaaS Growth Manager to rapidly scale ResumizeAI's user base and recurring revenue.
In this role, you will define and execute our entire growth strategy, diving deep into our funnel to optimize conversion rates, reduce churn, and identify new monetization opportunities.
You will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to run high-impact experiments and build growth loops that drive exponential results.
What You'll Do
- ✦Design, implement, and analyze rigorous A/B tests to optimize conversion rates across the entire user journey.
- ✦Identify and execute on new growth levers, including referral programs, viral loops, and search-driven user acquisition.
- ✦Analyze user behavior data and metrics (LTV, CAC, MRR, Churn) to inform strategic product and marketing decisions.
- ✦Collaborate directly with engineering to implement product-led growth (PLG) features natively within the app.
- ✦Build comprehensive tracking dashboards to monitor experiments and report directly to founders.
What We're Looking For
- ✦3+ years of experience specifically in a Growth Management, Growth Marketing, or Product Growth role within a SaaS company.
- ✦Deep expertise in product-led growth (PLG) principles and setting up high-converting funnels.
- ✦Advanced proficiency in analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, etc.).
- ✦Strong technical aptitude—you know how to talk to engineers and understand the technical feasibility of growth tools.
- ✦A true "hacker" mindset: you are scrappy, test-driven, and relentlessly focused on the numbers.
