About the Role
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist to join our remote team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing campaigns to attract job seekers to ResumizeAI.
As our platform grows, you will help shape our brand voice, expand our reach across organic and paid channels, and ultimately drive user acquisition and retention.
This role is highly autonomous. You will have the freedom to experiment with new channels, pilot creative campaigns, and directly impact the growth trajectory of a fast-moving AI startup.
What You'll Do
- ✦Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels (organic, paid, social, email, partnerships).
- ✦Manage and grow our social media presence and brand voice (LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram).
- ✦Create and distribute highly compelling content for our blog, email campaigns, and landing pages to educate and guide job seekers.
- ✦Analyze marketing data, run A/B tests, and track KPIs to measure campaign success, optimize spend, and report on growth metrics.
- ✦Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to communicate new features, product updates, and value propositions effectively to the market.
- ✦Identify and build strategic partnerships, sponsorships, or affiliate programs with career coaches, influencers, and university career centers.
What We're Looking For
- ✦2+ years of demonstrable experience in digital marketing, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or an HR tech startup environment.
- ✦Proven track record of building and managing successful digital campaigns that resulted in measurable user growth and engagement.
- ✦Exceptional copywriting, editing, and content creation skills with a keen eye for brand consistency.
- ✦Deep familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, and content strategy frameworks.
- ✦Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).
- ✦Self-starter ability to thrive in an autonomous, highly remote-first environment with minimal oversight.
