Execute timely follow-up calls on all pending and undecided clients from prior strategy sessions - no potential client is left without a follow-up. Ensure complete and accurate handoff to the Legal team for every retained client - documentation, onboarding checklist, and case details transferred without gaps. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, session outcomes, and pipeline activity in the firm's CRM. Meet and exceed individual session conversion targets and monthly retention goals.
