Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external service providers to improve communication, accountability, and timely delivery of information. Develop repeatable processes and tracking mechanisms that reduce unnecessary follow-up, improve visibility, and keep work moving. Leverage technology, including AI-enabled tools, to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity while maintaining appropriate financial controls and data confidentiality. Take ownership of challenges, proactively identify solutions, and help build more scalable accounting operations as the business grows. Experience managing multiple audit workstreams, deliverables, and deadlines across different stakeholders or geographic locations. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to proactively follow up, resolve issues, and drive accountability. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities shift and a hands-on approach is essential. Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies, improve processes, and develop more effective ways of working. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners.
