Position Title: HR Payroll AdministratorLocation: Support Center - Eugene, OR 97401Description:DescriptionPositionWe are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and highly trustworthy HR / PayrollAdministrator to support our growing team. This role is responsible for payrollprocessing, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting HR compliance, andserving as a resource for employees regarding pay, benefits, and company policies.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains strict confidentiality,and enjoys balancing numbers with people-focused responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll AdministrationProcess accurate and timely semi-monthly payrollEnsure proper calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, anddeductionsMaintain payroll records and reconcile discrepanciesManage garnishments, benefits deductions, and tax withholdingsPrepare payroll reports for leadership and accountingCoordinate year-end processes including W-2 preparationEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour lawsHuman Resources SupportMaintain employee personnel files and HRIS recordsAssist with onboarding and new hire paperworkAdminister benefits enrollment and changesSupport compliance with company policies and employment regulationsAssist with employee communications and HR documentationProvide general HR support to managers and staffQualificationsQualifications2years of payroll processing experience requiredHR administration experience preferredKnowledge of payroll laws and regulationsExperience with payroll/HRIS systems (Paycom, Paylocity, ADP, etc.)High level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with discretionProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelPreferred SkillsExperience with multi-location payrollBenefits administration experienceUnderstanding of 401(k) and retirement plan processesPayroll or HR certification (CPP, PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plusWork EnvironmentOffice-based positionCollaborative team settingStandard business hours with occasional extended hours during payrollprocessing or year-endWhat We OfferCompetitive wageHealth benefitsRetirement plan optionsPI3da478364885-26289-39845707
