Vālenz Health® is the destination for employers, brokers, payers, and providers to reduce costs, improve quality, and elevate the healthcare experience. Through advanced technology and clinical expertise, Valenz creates a distinctly different approach to a complex healthcare system. With our solutions, we execute across the entire healthcare journey — from member experience to payment integrity, provider quality, and plan performance. With one of America’s largest cost, quality and utilization datasets, we create greater transparency, flexibility, and cost containment — empowering members and employers with the information they need to make smarter, more cost-effective decisions. About This Opportunity: As a Strategic Account Executive – Member Experience, you will be responsible for managing, strengthening, and growing some of Valenz's largest and most strategically important client and partner relationships within our Member Experience business. You'll serve as a senior commercial advisor, developing a deep understanding of each client's business, benefit strategy, member engagement needs, healthcare cost pressures, and evolving priorities. You’ll own the strategic direction of assigned accounts, build executive-level relationships, identify opportunities to expand the partnership, and ensure clients understand the value Valenz delivers. Working across Client Success, Product, Operations, Revenue, and other teams, you’ll translate client priorities into coordinated strategies that support retention, growth, and long-term partnership. Things You’ll Do Here: Strategic Account Leadership Serve as the strategic owner and senior commercial point of contact for assigned Member Experience accounts. Build trusted relationships with senior and executive client stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of their business, benefit strategy, member populations, priorities, and evolving needs. Act as a strategic advisor by bringing perspective on member engagement, healthcare navigation, benefit utilization, market trends, and opportunities to improve the member experience and outcomes. Anticipate client risks, changing needs, and organizational dynamics that could impact the relationship. Account Strategy, Retention & Growth Develop and execute Strategic Account Plans that define client priorities, relationship strategy, retention risks, growth opportunities, and measurable outcomes. Monitor account health, including client satisfaction, contractual commitments, revenue trends, retention risk, and opportunities to improve or expand existing services. Lead strategic business reviews that demonstrate member engagement, utilization, financial and clinical value, and opportunities to strengthen the partnership. Prioritize client retention while identifying and closing opportunities to grow existing business, expand Member Experience solutions, and introduce additional Valenz capabilities. Achieve assigned retention, revenue growth, expansion, and strategic account objectives. Executive Engagement & Value Realization Lead executive-level conversations that strengthen relationships and reinforce the strategic value Valenz delivers. Participate in critical renewals, expansion discussions, strategic reviews, and relationship interventions. Ensure Valenz solutions and capabilities remain aligned with client benefit strategies, member needs, and organizational priorities. Help clients understand the value delivered through improved member engagement, care navigation, utilization, healthcare affordability, and member outcomes. Cross-Functional Partnership & Commercial Discipline Partner across Client Success, Product, Operations, Revenue, and other teams to coordinate solutions, address client priorities, and deliver on commitments. Represent the breadth of Valenz products, services, and capabilities, with primary emphasis on Member Experience and opportunities to expand relationships across the broader portfolio. Maintain accurate account plans, opportunity pipelines, forecasts, client activity, risks, and next steps within designated systems. Use client, market, member engagement, and performance insights to inform account strategy and broader commercial priorities. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties. What You’ll Bring to the Team: 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, client management, business development, or a related commercial role. Significant experience within the self-funded healthcare market, including employer-sponsored health plans, TPAs, brokers and consultants, benefit strategies, and healthcare cost containment. Experience managing large, complex, and strategically important client relationships involving senior and executive stakeholders. Proven success retaining and growing existing enterprise or strategic accounts, including identifying and closing expansion opportunities. Strong consultative selling, executive communication, and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers. Strong business and financial acumen, including an understanding of benefit strategies, healthcare cost drivers, value propositions, and revenue opportunities. Ability to translate client needs and business objectives into actionable strategic account plans. Ability to operate independently while effectively coordinating cross-functional resources around complex client needs. A plus if you have… Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Experience with healthcare navigation, member engagement, care management, healthcare transparency, or related member-focused healthcare solutions.

Distingui i requisiti indispensabili dalle preferenze.

Collega i requisiti a progetti, attività e risultati che puoi spiegare. Evidenzia l’esperienza pertinente senza inventare competenze o successi.
