About Frontier Frontier is a subsidiary of Fresh Prints. Fresh Prints is a New York-based, fast-growing, fully remote, 150-person company with most of our team based in India and the Philippines. A few years ago, Fresh Prints began helping other fast-growing companies build their teams. We got so good at it that we spun out a new company to focus exclusively on that — and called it Frontier. At Frontier, we help companies grow full-time, cross-functional teams abroad. We hire the smartest people and place them into the best companies. In three years, we’ve never lost a client. If you’re interested in a Frontier role and you apply and are accepted, we’ll screen you through a couple of internal interviews and aim to get you an interview for a full-time job within the month. Think of us as your personal talent agent — and good luck with the application! 😊 About 100x and the ticketing team 100x Hospitality builds VIP packages, travel packages, and destination events for major touring artists, festivals, and live entertainment partners. Our Artist Services division runs VIP programs on 30+ active tours at a time, and our Presents division produces our own destination events, many of them international. The ticketing team is small and busy. A Ticketing Director leads it, a Ticketing Manager owns builds, inventory changes, ADA requests, refunds, and vendor relationships, and a coordinator owns the daily and weekly reporting cadence that keeps partners informed. This role is that coordinator seat, working remotely and reporting to the Ticketing Manager. Role summary Title: Ticketing Coordinator. Reports to the Ticketing Manager, with day-to-day direction from the Ticketing Director. This person owns the reporting rhythm of the ticketing team. Every day, they pull sales counts across our ticketing platforms and send a midday counts email. Every week they build and send VIP and travel package sales updates to artist managers, agents, and promoters on a portfolio of roughly 15 to 20 tours. Around each show, they confirm VIP sales are closed on time and reconcile what sold against what we were allocated. The work is detail-heavy and deadline-driven, and much of it goes straight to outside partners, so accuracy and clear written English matter more than anything else. Core responsibilities The list below reflects the work this seat actually does today, roughly in order of how much time it takes. Weekly partner counts (the heart of the job) Pull weekly VIP and travel package sales for each assigned tour from Ticketmaster, AXS, Tixr, or venue box office reports, depending on how that tour is ticketed Update the master counts grid and build the per-tour sales summary: sold, allocated, open, and percent sold, plus change since the last update Draft and send the weekly counts email to each tour's management, agency, and promoter contacts, typically on Wednesdays Flag tours where sales are lagging and prepare hold release recommendations for internal sign-off before they go to the partner Roll up an internal department summary of all Artist Services counts for leadership Daily reporting and inbox Send a daily counts email by 12 PM ET covering our owned destination events, with day-over-day changes Monitor the shared ticket counts inbox each day and route partner questions, data requests, and issues to the right owner Per-show execution Confirm VIP packages go offsale on time for each show, usually 3 to 7 days before the date Complete post-show ticketing settlements: what sold against what was allocated, fees, holds released or returned, and net to partner Track refunds and price adjustments, including ones a venue processes on its own, so our records reconcile Request purchaser lists from venues and chase the slow ones Program setup and support Send ticketing details and hold requests to venues and promoters ahead of presales Check that presale and on-sale links work and match what was built Spot-check pricing and package data across platforms and raise discrepancies Help Guest Services with ticketing questions from VIP and travel package buyers Keep source notes current for every tour (which platform, which login, which venue contact) so the work is never stuck in one person's head Tools and systems Category What we use Ticketing platforms Ticketmaster (TM1 and ISM), AXS, Tixr, Ticketstoday, venue box office reports Internal data Web-based database; master counts grid in Google Sheets Work management Asana (task queues per tour and per show) Communication Gmail, Google Workspace, Slack, Google Meet Reporting Excel and Google Sheets for counts, settlements, and attachments We're automating parts of the counts work with Claude and scripts, so comfort working alongside Claude is a plus. Schedule and hours Full time, Monday through Friday, overlap with US Eastern business hours each day. Pull work (counts, settlements, reconciliation) can happen outside the overlap window Wednesdays are the heaviest day because weekly partner sends go out then Occasional flexibility around presales, on-sales, and show weeks, agreed in advance Qualifications Required Strong spreadsheet skills: lookups, pivots, clean formatting, and catching numbers that don't add up Excellent written English. Partner emails go to senior music industry contacts and need to read as polished and confident Careful with detail and reliable on recurring deadlines Comfortable managing a large queue of recurring tasks in a tool like Asana without reminders Preferred Hands-on experience with Ticketmaster (TM1 or ISM), AXS, or Tixr Background in live music or travel and hospitality Familiarity with settlement or reconciliation work Experience working remotely for a US-based team Visit us at: https://www.100xhospitality.com/

Busca, compara y prepara tu candidatura

No necesariamente.

¿Qué hago si no aparecen resultados?
