Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the country in which the role is being hired. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time. Mark43’s mission is to empower communities and their governments with new technologies that improve the safety and quality of life for all. We build powerful, scalable, and elegant software that sets a new standard for the tools upon which our first responders rely. Our users are diverse, and we are therefore committed to embracing diversity of thought and experience within our team. We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team and help build, scale, and maintain the infrastructure that powers our mission-critical public safety platform. In this role, you will focus on improving infrastructure reliability, automating deployments, enhancing observability, and enabling engineering teams to develop and deliver software efficiently. You will work closely with Engineering, Security, and other cross-functional teams to ensure our cloud infrastructure is scalable, secure, highly available, and fault tolerant. You will leverage technologies such as AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, and Grafana to improve our infrastructure, streamline developer workflows, and drive operational excellence across the platform. What You'll Do If you were a part of our team, here are some things you would have done last week: Manage and optimize our AWS cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, security, and high availability. Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning and management. Develop, improve, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline application builds, testing, and deployments. Drive GitOps practices and automation using technologies such as Kubernetes, Helm, and ArgoCD. Improve platform observability by implementing and optimizing monitoring, logging, alerting, and troubleshooting capabilities. Build internal tools and automation that improve developer productivity, reduce manual processes, and enable engineering teams to deploy software more efficiently. Partner with engineering teams to establish DevOps best practices, improve deployment workflows, and strengthen platform reliability. Identify and resolve infrastructure performance bottlenecks, operational inefficiencies, and potential points of failure. Participate in a shared 24/7 on-call rotation to support production infrastructure and troubleshoot critical incidents. Own and drive infrastructure projects that contribute to the long-term scalability, stability, and health of the Mark43 platform. What We Expect From You 5+ years of professional experience in a DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or related infrastructure-focused role. Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud infrastructure. Experience designing, building, and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines for application builds, testing, and deployments. Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code technologies, particularly Terraform. Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm. Experience implementing and maintaining monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting solutions. Familiarity with GitOps practices and deployment automation tools such as ArgoCD. Experience with scripting or programming to automate infrastructure operations, improve developer workflows, and build internal tooling. Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure reliability, scalability, security, and compliance best practices. Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and proactively identify opportunities to improve system performance and reliability. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently, take ownership of technical projects, and partner effectively with engineering teams. What You Can Expect From Us Working with a team that respects and embraces your ideas and expertise. Building mission-critical and socially responsible software to enable first responders to better serve their communities. Contributing to the advancement of public safety software across Local, State, Federal, and DoD agencies. Opportunities for career growth in an environment where your achievements will be celebrated. An organization investing in its people to support our continued growth, with excellent benefits and a strong long-term strategy. Working towards a worthwhile mission with a team of friendly and intelligent coworkers. Busca, compara y prepara tu candidatura

No necesariamente.

¿Qué hago si no aparecen resultados?
