JOB OVERVIEW We are looking for a Figma Specialist, with a passion for designing products and interfaces that deliver a seamless and intuitive user experience. To be an ideal candidate, you should have experience designing user interfaces for large-scale native or web applications, preferably in the blockchain or financial space. As a Figma Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing design assets and workflows using Figma. You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless design processes and high-quality deliverables. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Design Creation and Management: Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and design assets in Figma. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively. Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards and guidelines. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate design requirements into Figma. Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity and address any implementation issues. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve design processes and tools.
