Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and medical supplies industry, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate - Order Picking & Packing (Medical Products) to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the logistics and distribution team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Warehouse Associate - Order Picking & Packing (Medical Products) Location: Mississauga, ON Pay Range: $22/hr Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM What's the Job? Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to company standards, including small medical and laboratory products such as testing kits, sample bottles, lab supplies, and healthcare-related products. Utilize RF scanners to locate, verify, and process inventory efficiently. Prepare shipments and ensure products are packaged correctly for safe delivery. Perform order verification and maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation. Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing warehouse inventory to ensure smooth operations.What's Needed? Previous experience in warehouses, order picking, packing, or distribution environments is preferred. Experience using RF scanners is an asset. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work tasks. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.What's in it for me?
