Your Profile 5+ years as Software engineer working on product domainBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. We consider a combination of education, training and relevant professional experience when evaluating candidates.Obsessed about customer needs working in a fast pace environment where driving impact is essential.Full stack proficiency working with technologies like TS, React, NodeJs, GQL, Postgres or other relational DBs, BigQuery and other google cloud services, or equivalent technologies.Curious mind and enjoy learning about and working with latest technologies and agentic tools.Team player that leads with empathy and leads by exampleNice to have: experience building agentic experiences (tool use/function calling, multi-step reasoning, orchestration frameworks like LangGraph or similar). The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, market data and may vary from the range provided. The Product: AcuityMD uses data and software to help teams collaborate around the complex relationships they have with the users of medical technologies: doctors. Our platform empowers medical technology companies to see how their products are used, understand why outcomes vary, and identify opportunities where physicians or sites of care can better serve their patients. How We Work: AcuityMD is a remote-first company. We believe the best talent isn't confined to one zip code, so our team works from wherever they do their best work, across the U.S. We also believe some of our best work happens face-to-face. Critical projects move faster, our products get better, and our community gets stronger when we're in the same room, so we bring the team together throughout the year for company-wide and team on-sites built around that work. In practice: expect 4-5 in-person opportunities a year through company/team on-sites and in-person collaboration for critical projects. If you're based near our Boston hub, there's no set requirement for how often you come into the office, that's your call, based on what works best for you and your team.
