Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate patient scheduling, appointment reminders, and follow-upsManage electronic health records (EHR), including accurate data entry and updatesRespond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and online messaging with professionalism and empathyServe as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers to ensure timely communicationPrepare, review, and maintain medical records, reports, and correspondenceAssist with billing support, insurance verification, and documentation follow-upsEnsure strict compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standardsProvide general administrative support to improve operational efficiencyQualifications & RequirementsPrevious experience as a Medical Assistant or in a healthcare administrative roleWorking knowledge of EHR systems and virtual healthcare workflowsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independentlyComfortable working remotely with minimal supervisionFamiliarity with medical terminology and healthcare compliance regulationsProficiency in Microsoft Office and common office productivity toolsMedical Assistant certification preferred but not requiredAbout APremium Healthcare Solution, LLCBased in Conyers, GA, APremium Healthcare Solution, LLC has proudly served the community for over 10 years.
