Client: One of the Top Consulting Firms in India in Consumer Tech space The Engagement Manager plays a pivotal role in leading a cross-functional team of consultants and analysts to solve the client's most critical business challenges. You will own the day-to-day delivery of strategy, operational transformation, or growth advisory projects, while serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives and nurturing internal talent. Core Responsibilities: 1. Project Leadership & Delivery: - Structure Complex Problems: Define project workplans, formulate hypotheses, and translate broad client objectives into actionable analysis and workstreams. - Ensure Technical Excellence: Oversee data collection, advanced financial modeling, and research to ensure outputs meet the highest standard of consulting quality. - Manage Operations: Track timeline adherence, mitigate execution risks, and actively monitor project budgets and resource utilization. 2.
