We're growing our marketing team and looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can identify the opportunities, translate deep technical differentiation into a value proposition that resonates with engineers, procurement teams, and C-suite buyers across five demanding verticals. The Role You'll own product marketing for Flexxon's storage portfolio, working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and design to turn technical capability into positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution that wins in Industrial, Medical, Automotive, Aerospace, and Cybersecurity-first accounts. This is a role for someone who can sit in a room with a firmware engineer in the morning, procurement team at noon and product manager in the evening — and be equally credible in both conversations. What You'll Own Go-to-market execution — Partner with campaigns, content, design, and events teams to plan and launch product messaging across web, sales decks, trade shows, and digital channels. Cross-functional bridge — Work closely with procurement, engineering and product teams to stay ahead of the roadmap and ensure marketing claims are technically defensible. Customer & market research — Engage directly with design-in customers and industry analysts to validate positioning and surface unmet needs by vertical. Vertical positioning & messaging — Build and maintain differentiated value propositions for each target vertical, translating technical specs (endurance, temperature tolerance, tamper-resistance, real-time threat detection) into business outcomes buyers care about. Competitive intelligence — Track competitor storage and embedded-security offerings; identify gaps and craft positioning that highlights Flexxon's hardware-level advantage. Sales enablement — Develop battlecards, one-pagers, ROI narratives, and technical collateral that arm the sales team for vertical-specific conversations. The Value Proposition You'll Champion Vertical What You'll Position Industrial Rugged, wide-temperature-range storage built for 24/7 operation in harsh, high-vibration environments — where commodity SSDs fail early and unpredictably. Medical Data integrity and tamper-evidence for life-critical systems, supporting compliance needs and protecting patient data at the hardware layer, not just the software layer. Automotive Long-lifecycle, high-endurance storage engineered for the extended service life and extreme conditions of connected and autonomous vehicle platforms. Aerospace Mission-critical reliability and security for systems that can't be patched mid-flight — where hardware-rooted protection is the last line of defense. Cybersecurity Hardware-embedded, tamper-resistant storage that protects data at the controller level — security that holds even when the operating system above it is compromised. What We're Looking For 5+ years of product marketing, technical marketing, or product management experience, ideally in semiconductor, storage, embedded systems, or B2B hardware. Experience with competitive analysis, market sizing, and go-to-market planning. Demonstrated ability to translate deep technical differentiation into clear, buyer-relevant messaging. Experience marketing into regulated or safety-critical industries (industrial, medical, automotive, or aerospace) is a strong plus. Comfortable working directly with engineering teams to understand and accurately represent technical capabilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can write a technical battlecard and present to a CEO in the same week. Nice to Have Familiarity with NAND flash, SSD, or embedded storage architecture. Background in cybersecurity or hardware-rooted security marketing. Experience supporting design-in sales cycles with OEM or Tier 1 customers.
