About the Role As a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) on the Business Technology - P2P team, you will play a key role in building, maintaining, and improving the systems that power our Procure-to-Pay processes. You will build and maintain the back-end configuration and automations for these systems and support them on a daily basis, such as Coupa, Zip, IntelAgree, etc. You will own the day-to-day health of your systems. That means working with Finance partners to understand how they work today, turning their needs into clear requirements and designs, configuring and testing solutions, and supporting the teams who use them. In your first 30 to 90 days, you will learn our systems and business processes, take on support requests, and deliver your first improvements. Within six months to a year, you will own a set of systems or processes end to end while becoming a trusted partner to Finance teams. This role is ideal for an analyst who enjoys the mix of understanding business processes and getting hands-on with the technology behind them. You will report into Lead, Finance Systems on our Business Technology - P2P team in our People Technology & Insights organization You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… Build: Configure and maintain our Procure-to-Pay systems, including workflows, approvals, integrations, and reports, so that Finance teams can rely on them every day. Partner: Work with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Accounting, Sourcing, IT, and various other teams to understand their goals and turn them into clear requirements, designs, and well-tested solutions. Automate: Streamline manual work by building automations and system integrations that improve efficiency, speed, and data accuracy for Finance teams. Innovate: Explore ways to apply AI and automation to relevant workflows, and bring the best ideas to life. Deliver: Plan, manage, and execute projects and keep partners informed with clear plans, timelines, and updates. Protect: Work closely with Internal Audit, Accounts Payable, and Procurement to support periodic SOX audits, and apply sound design and change-management practices to keep our systems compliant. Grow: Learn how our Finance systems fit together, contribute to our technology roadmap, and continuously improve processes for our partners. We’re excited about you because… Experience: You have a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience supporting, configuring, or implementing Finance or business systems, including hands-on work with Coupa. Process knowledge: You understand Procure-to-Pay processes, including direct and indirect procurement, sourcing, and accounts payable, and how they connect to the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and other related systems. Systems and integrations: You have experience with Finance systems and the integrations between them, and you can work comfortably with tools such as Coupa, Zip, IntelAgree, etc. Requirements to solutions: You can gather requirements from business partners, translate them into clear designs and test plans, and deliver solutions that work as intended. Automation and AI: You have built automations and/or used AI tools in Finance system workflows.
