This is a remote position;
Guide, coach and motivate the team with the goal of increasing productivity;
Prepare and facilitate the agile ceremonies of the team;
Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution;
Training the team in an agile way of working;
Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Degree in Information Technologies (or relevant area);
At least 4 years’ experience working as a project manager;
PMP, Scrum or other certification is considered a plus;
Excellent communication and leadership skills;
Worked in agile projects;
Good spoken and written English communication skills;
Currently living in Portugal.
