About the Role
Join an applied AI team building voice-based customer experiences. You will guide customers from implementation planning through production, translating their operations and needs into practical AI solutions.
What You'll Do
Lead post-sales customer implementations from signed contract through launch, learning each customer's procedures, workflows, and current customer experience.
Map customer needs into AI-driven voice experiences and document the business logic, requirements, and implementation specifications for applied AI engineers.
Coordinate customer requirements with technical implementation work involving integrations and contact center systems.
What We're Looking For
At least 4 years of customer-facing solutions consulting or implementation experience, including ownership of complex enterprise implementations.
Technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, CRMs, data structures, and system integrations.
Hands-on experience building, implementing, or configuring real-time, multi-turn voice AI agents, plus familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
Experience with contact center software or conversational AI is valuable.
Background in legal, insurance, or financial services intake operations is useful, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $150,000 to $200,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
