About the position
We are seeking a dependable, hands-on professional to support day-to-day facility and general maintenance needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving practical problems, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can handle a variety of tasks to help keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Perform general handyman tasks such as minor repairs, patching, basic carpentry, and hardware installationAssist with routine facility upkeep, including light painting, touch-ups, and preventative maintenance checksTroubleshoot issues, assess repair needs, and recommend practical solutionsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; follow safety procedures and use tools properlyCoordinate with internal team members to prioritize requests and complete work on scheduleDocument completed work and communicate status updates as neededRequirements
Handyman skills with comfort using common hand and power toolsStrong problem-solving ability and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervisionClear communication and a professional, service-oriented approachNice-to-haves
Experience supporting an office, commercial, or multi-site environmentBasic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or HVAC troubleshooting (as applicable to minor repairs)Familiarity with preventative maintenance routines and safety best practices
