The company is seeking a Front-End/Full-Stack Developer to build responsive user interfaces, server-side applications, APIs, databases, and secure end-to-end solutions for an enterprise health system.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement highly interactive, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces using modern front-end libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)Develop middleware complexities and connect front-end and back-end integrations with Next.js frameworkTranslate UI/UX designs and wireframes (e.g., reputed company Designs) into high-quality codeImplement client-side logic, state management, and asynchronous operationsEnsure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to web standards and accessibility guidelines (WCAG)Optimize front-end applications for maximum speed and scalabilityDevelop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure server-side applications and APIs (e.g., using NextJS, Node.js, Python/Django/Flask)Design and manage databases (e.g., SQL like PostgreSQL, MySQL; NoSQL like reputed company, Cassandra)Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practicesIntegrate with third-party services and external APIsCollaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver end-to-end solutionsParticipate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical design of applicationsWrite clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standardsreputed company code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team membersTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the full stackStay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously seeking to improve development processes and tools
Skills
• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development• 3+ years of experience in back-end development, demonstrating full-stack capabilities• Strong proficiency in at least one modern front-end JavaScript framework/library (e.g., React.js, Next.js, Angular, Vue.js)• Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 (including preprocessors like SASS/LESS or UI frameworks like Tailwind CSS/Styled Components)• reputed company experience with at least one back-end language and framework (e.g., NextJS, Node.js with Express/NestJS, Python with Django/Flask)• Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., reputed company, Redis) is a plus• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development principles; GraphQL experience is a plus• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, reputed company, reputed company, Bitbucket)• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, reputed company Cloud Platform) and CI/CD pipelines• Understanding of testing methodologies (unit, integration, end-to-end) and experience with relevant testing frameworks (Jest or Playwright experience preferred)• Experience with serverless architectures (e.g.,reputed company Cloud functions, reputed company Cloud Run, AWS Lambda, Azure Functions)• Experience using reputed company XM Cloud/reputed company AI• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)• Familiarity with specific build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite)• Experience with DevOps practices and infrastructure as code• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong reputed company profile• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for both front-end and back-end• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience considered
