The Climate Bonds Initiative is an international NGO working to mobilise global capital for climate action. Our mission is to develop trusted standards, tools, and market intelligence that accelerate the transition to a climate-resilient and low-carbon economy. The Resilience Product and Adoption Lead will lead on external adoption of the Climate Bonds Resilience Taxonomy (CBRT) and the resilience component of the Climate Bonds Taxonomy, as well as any new resilience products, to guide investment in climate Adaptation and Resilience (A&R). The overarching goal will be to ensure the uptake of these tools by ensuring they are fit-for-purpose, user-friendly and interoperable with the emerging approaches and decisions of a range of target stakeholders. The post will also support ad hoc technical advisory and consultancy services relating to resilience, especially in engaging financial institutions. How you'll contribute Develop and drive external uptake of resilience products Work with the cross-Climate Bonds teams to clarify a ‘product suite’ for resilience. Clarify for Climate Bonds commercial teams how to standardise a product range - leveraging the resilience taxonomy – to accelerate uptake by financial institutions. Work with other engagement teams across Climate Bonds, including but not limited to the regional teams and investor teams, seeking strategic entry and engagement with large-scale investors. Factor the thinking of regional and policy teams into evolving use cases for the CBRT (and / or resilience elements of the Climate Bonds Taxonomy). Support a ‘Certification Task Force’ or equivalent, that ensures robust and timely response to inbound queries around application of the resilience taxonomy. Promote the full range of Climate Bonds resilience products (particularly the CBRT and the resilience elements of the Climate Bonds Taxonomy) Work with the relevant Climate Bonds Teams on a long-term strategy for visibility around the resilience taxonomy. Participate in external advisory groups and events to promote the CBRT and other taxonomy products related to resilience. Ensure that CBRT development is aligned with due consideration to ‘product-market’ placement Cultivate relationships with financial institutions, investors, governments, and multilateral agencies who wish to adopt or incorporate the CBRT and the resilience component of the Climate Bonds Taxonomy in their operations and guidance. Based on this engagement, outline and strengthen specific use cases for the CBRT, clarifying which to invest in (and hence which not to prioritise). Do this by working with other engagement teams across Climate Bonds, including but not limited to the regional teams and investor teams. Institutionalise strong feedback loops within Climate Bonds to ensure that lessons from ‘external engagement’ with the CBRT are fed back into plans for further development of either the taxonomy or specific use cases (includes liaison with the Climate Bonds Data Team to ensure that market trends and the needs of the data customers are factored in). Direct and manage the evolution of the CBRT (as a tool / platform) to better serve user needs, as well as adapt to a world where AI is reshaping work patterns globally. Contribute to a full suite of resilience products Work with the Head of Resilience to support the development of new resilience products, should a clear need be identified via market feedback and the internal resilience strategy. Support resilience-related advisory work Work with capacity building, technical assistance and regional teams both to scope and deliver external engagement work, whether advisory, capacity building or other. Support fundraising for the CBRT and related strategic partnerships Work with the Head of Resilience and fundraising teams to raise money for the further development of Work with the Head of Resilience to develop and deepen strategic partnerships that drive widespread adoption of the resilience taxonomy. You should apply if you can demonstrate... Essential: Undergraduate degree in any relevant subject. Experience working in finance or close to financial institutions Experience in external engagement to ensure uptake of knowledge products or services Relationship building and stakeholder management, preferably in sustainable finance Excellent engagement and relationship management skills, including a track record of collaborating with a cross section of stakeholder groups Decent grasp of sustainable finance concepts Strong public speaking and presentation skills Proven experience of delivering projects independently Ability to manage complex projects with multiple partners Fluency in verbal and written English Desirable: Advanced degree in any related subject Experience in taxonomy or standards development Experience in A&R Experience working in emerging markets Experience brokering between teams ‘developing a product’ and teams ‘using or selling a product’. Szukaj, porównuj i przygotuj aplikację

Zacznij od zawodu lub umiejętności, którą chcesz wykorzystywać. Dopasuj filtry lokalizacji i zawodu, a następnie otwórz oferty, aby porównać obowiązki.

Potwierdź aktualność oferty i pełne warunki u pracodawcy.

Pracodawcy przygotowują własne tytuły i opisy.

Spróbuj ogólniejszej nazwy stanowiska albo jednej umiejętności i usuwaj filtry pojedynczo. Firmy różnie nazywają podobne role. Jeśli konkretna oferta zniknęła, poszukaj jej numeru na stronie kariery firmy. Poszerzenie wyszukiwania nie otwiera ponownie zakończonej rekrutacji.

Czy aplikacja jest wysyłana przez ResumizeAI?

Przycisk aplikowania otwiera zewnętrzną stronę. Postępuj zgodnie z instrukcjami pracodawcy lub platformy rekrutacyjnej i tam potwierdź wysłanie. Przygotowanie CV w ResumizeAI nie oznacza złożenia aplikacji. Jeśli link prowadzi tylko do strony firmy, najpierw odszukaj właściwą ofertę.

Jak dopasować CV i list motywacyjny?

Powiąż wymagania z projektami, zadaniami i wynikami, które potrafisz wyjaśnić. Podkreśl istotne doświadczenie bez wymyślania umiejętności czy osiągnięć. W liście uzasadnij zainteresowanie konkretnym przykładem. Zachowaj wymagany język i format oraz sprawdź oba dokumenty przed wysłaniem.
