Job Description Trucordia is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead delivery for our Data & Analytics team. You'll own how work moves from business request to production: intake, prioritization, requirements, sprint execution, release, and adoption. You'll serve as the bridge between stakeholders in Finance, Accounting, Operations, Benefits, and the field, and the engineers and analysts who build our reports, integrations, automations, and data pipelines. This role combines Agile delivery leadership, business analysis, and technical coordination. You'll be expected to understand the data work well enough to challenge estimates, spot dependency risks, and translate between technical and business audiences. You'll also use AI and automation to handle routine overhead like status reports, documentation drafts, and ticket hygiene, so your time goes to prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and risk management. Duties and Responsibilities: Program & Agile Delivery Own end-to-end delivery across concurrent Data & Analytics initiatives, including program planning, sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Manage the intake-to-delivery workflow and program roadmap, keeping the backlog prioritized, groomed, and build-ready. Track dependencies, risks, blockers, team capacity, and delivery metrics (velocity, cycle time, throughput, predictability), and act on what the data shows. Maintain a program-level RAID log (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), escalate appropriately, and drive mitigation plans. Continuously improve team processes, ceremonies, and workflows. Business Analysis & Requirements Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements. Translate business needs into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and implementation plans, owning the accuracy of the final output. Analyze current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and assess the downstream impact of changes to systems, data sources, and workflows. Support evaluation of tools, technologies, and solution approaches through research and recommendations. Stakeholder Management & Communication Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the Data & Analytics team, aligning on priorities, timelines, and trade-offs. Facilitate cross-functional and executive-level meetings and communicate program health clearly and consistently. Coordinate releases, training, and change management so delivered solutions are adopted. Provide regular reporting to leadership on progress, risks, and outcomes, using automated dashboards and reporting where possible. Data Onboarding, Quality, & Documentation Manage agency onboarding, data ingestion, and data migration as program workstreams, including milestones, dependencies, cutover planning, and data readiness. Coordinate user acceptance testing and validate delivered work against requirements and data quality standards. Maintain documentation, playbooks, runbooks, and knowledge-base content in Confluence or similar, keeping materials accurate and current. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, Agile delivery, Scrum Master, or business analysis roles, including at least 3 years owning delivery for data, analytics, BI, or technical teams. Proven ownership of backlogs, delivery processes, and execution across multiple concurrent initiatives. Strong requirements-gathering skills, with a track record of turning ambiguous requests into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans. Working technical knowledge of data concepts: data pipelines and ETL/ELT, data validation and quality checks, file formats (CSV, JSON, flat files), APIs and integrations, and basic data modeling. Ability to write and read basic-to-intermediate SQL for validating data and answering delivery questions. Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, data reconciliation). Hands-on experience managing work in Jira or Azure DevOps, including boards, workflows, filters, and dashboards. Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to accelerate documentation, requirements, or reporting, with sound judgment about when to verify AI output. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including influencing engineers and leadership without direct authority. Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Nice to have: Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, or SAFe. Experience in insurance, insurance brokerage, or financial services, particularly with agency acquisitions or integrations. Familiarity with agency management systems (e.g., Applied Epic, Vertafore AMS360). Experience with Snowflake or another cloud data warehouse, and BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau. Experience with Confluence, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar collaboration and planning tools. Experience supporting data migrations, UAT, data quality initiatives, or reporting automation. Experience building AI-powered workflows or automations (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier, Jira automation) to reduce manual PM work. What Success Looks like in Year One: A predictable, program-level delivery process running across all Data & Analytics initiatives. A healthy backlog with at least two sprints of build-ready work. A reliable, documented intake-to-delivery workflow that stakeholders understand and use. Agency onboardings and data migrations delivered on schedule with clean data readiness. Leadership and stakeholders with clear, current visibility into priorities, timelines, risks, and outcomes. Routine PM administration largely automated, freeing time for higher-value work. Szukaj, porównuj i przygotuj aplikację

Zacznij od zawodu lub umiejętności, którą chcesz wykorzystywać. Dopasuj filtry lokalizacji i zawodu, a następnie otwórz oferty, aby porównać obowiązki.

Potwierdź aktualność oferty i pełne warunki u pracodawcy.

Pracodawcy przygotowują własne tytuły i opisy.

Spróbuj ogólniejszej nazwy stanowiska albo jednej umiejętności i usuwaj filtry pojedynczo. Firmy różnie nazywają podobne role. Jeśli konkretna oferta zniknęła, poszukaj jej numeru na stronie kariery firmy. Poszerzenie wyszukiwania nie otwiera ponownie zakończonej rekrutacji.

Czy aplikacja jest wysyłana przez ResumizeAI?

Przycisk aplikowania otwiera zewnętrzną stronę. Postępuj zgodnie z instrukcjami pracodawcy lub platformy rekrutacyjnej i tam potwierdź wysłanie. Przygotowanie CV w ResumizeAI nie oznacza złożenia aplikacji. Jeśli link prowadzi tylko do strony firmy, najpierw odszukaj właściwą ofertę.

Jak dopasować CV i list motywacyjny?

Powiąż wymagania z projektami, zadaniami i wynikami, które potrafisz wyjaśnić. Podkreśl istotne doświadczenie bez wymyślania umiejętności czy osiągnięć. W liście uzasadnij zainteresowanie konkretnym przykładem. Zachowaj wymagany język i format oraz sprawdź oba dokumenty przed wysłaniem.
