Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Gainwell Technologies develops technology solutions that help improve healthcare outcomes for vulnerable communities. The Advisor Full Stack Engineer will provide senior technical leadership for secure, scalable Medicaid applications, combining hands-on engineering, design review, and AI-assisted development while guiding architecture, security, testing, integrations, and production readiness.
Responsibilities
Lead application design and implementation standards across React/TypeScript, .NET 10/C#, APIs, data, integrations and AWS workloadsReview complex designs, code, test evidence and technical specifications; resolve defects, performance issues and production risksGuide multi-tenant architecture, configuration-driven behavior, feature flags, versioning and compatibility with required legacy interfacesGuide PostgreSQL modeling, conversion/reconciliation, REST and event-driven integrations, Glue/Spark batch workloads and Kafka/MSK patternsEstablish Terraform, CI/CD, automated quality gates, observability, secure logging, vulnerability remediation and release controlsMentor engineers and communicate technical decisions, risks, tradeoffs and recommendations across product and DDI teams
Skills
9+ years of Application Development, including Technical LeadershipExpert hands-on C#/.NET and JavaScript/TypeScript experience, including React, APIs and cloud-native engineeringAdvanced PostgreSQL/SQL, integration, AWS and automated-delivery experienceMedicaid, Medicare, MMIS/MES or regulated healthcare experience preferred
