Customer Service RepresentativeSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our fast-paced office environment. This role supports customers and internal teams through a combination of customer service, data entry, administrative support, and account coordination. Due to the nature of the work, accuracy, responsiveness, and adherence to deadlines are critical. Employees play an important role in helping clients meet regulatory requirements related to environmental and public health standards. Comprehensive training is provided, including hands-on instruction in the company's proprietary Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). Previous LIMS experience is not required. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Paula, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
