Create, schedule, and monitor posts to ensure consistency with brand messaging. Engage with the audience to build community and increase following. Track and report social media analytics to optimize campaigns. Event Coordination: Plan and execute webinars, virtual events, and in-person marketing or sales events. Coordinate logistics, such as scheduling, invitations, vendor management, and post-event follow-ups. Ensure timely delivery of event marketing materials and presentations. Marketing Support: Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Arrange and organize meetings between stakeholders, prospects, and partners. Assist in creating marketing collateral like brochures, presentations, and email campaigns. Sales Enablement: Support sales staff with client meeting coordination and follow-ups proactively. Support trade shows and conferences by coordinating booth setups and promotional activities. Manage event budgets and timelines to ensure efficient execution. Identify and source promotional items for events and client engagements. Content and Communication: Assist in drafting blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials. Learn to update WordPress website with blog content and whitepapers. Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably in IT services or technology. Required Skills: ·Microsoft Office tools ·Any design tool for contentbeautification Proficiency in social media platforms and tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar. Experience with event planning and execution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
