Responsibilities Be the go-to person for our customers, offering email, chat, and phone support Respond to customer queries swiftly and effectively, resolving any issues that arise Spot unsatisfied customers proactively and take the initiative to address their concerns Curate and write engaging social media and blog posts Regularly update our brand's social media channels, fostering interaction with our followers How to Apply Fill in the form and upload your resume.
