Are you a creative powerhouse with a knack for translating brand identity into stunning visuals? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment, bringing your design expertise to life across multiple platforms? If so, we want you on our team!
We're seeking a Senior Visual Designer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the visual language of our brand. You'll be responsible for crafting high-impact visuals that resonate with our target audience and elevate the user experience across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, UX) to understand project goals and brand messaging.
Develop compelling visual concepts that align with brand strategy and user needs.
Design and execute a wide range of creative assets, including:
User interfaces (UI) for web and mobile applications
Marketing materials (e.g., social media graphics, email templates, presentations)
Branding elements (e.g., logos, icons, color palettes)
Print materials (e.g., brochures, packaging)
Ensure visual consistency across all platforms by adhering to brand guidelines and design systems.
Stay informed about current design trends and best practices.
Present design concepts and collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback.
Create digital illustrations, iconography and graphics for various proposes.
Mentor junior designers and foster a creative team environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in visual design or a related field.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design skills and a keen understanding of visual hierarchy.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Sketch).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
A passion for visual storytelling and a strong understanding of branding principles.
Bonus Points:
Experience with motion graphics or animation.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
Experience working in an agile development environment.
Familiarity with accessibility best practices.
