We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our backend engineering team and help build the APIs and workflows behind the next generation of our client-facing technology.
This is a hands-on engineering role with meaningful ownership. You will write production Python, make technical decisions, and take work from early design through deployment and ongoing improvement. You will also have the opportunity to use AI-assisted development pragmatically to improve how you build, test, and deliver software.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to:
Own meaningful backend engineering work rather than simply receiving development tasks.
Build production Python and Django services that support client-facing technology.
Influence engineering decisions around architecture, security, reliability, testing, and maintainability.
Work closely with product, QA, platform, and engineering colleagues throughout the full software lifecycle.
Help evolve how the team develops software through automation, modern engineering practices, and responsible use of AI-assisted development.
