About The Role
We are seeking a talented Senior Front-End Engineer to join a collaborative product development team focused on building modern, scalable, and user-centric web applications. This role is ideal for an engineer who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences, solving complex business problems, and leveraging modern front-end technologies to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions.
You will work closely with product owners, UX designers, architects, and back-end developers to design, develop, test, and deploy responsive web applications using React, Next.js, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end applications using React and Next.js.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, user pain points, and desired outcomes.Build responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces that provide exceptional user experiences.Create prototypes, mockups, and interactive designs to support product development initiatives.Develop reusable components and maintain consistency with enterprise design standards.Implement automated UI and end-to-end testing using Playwright.Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to accessibility standards.Partner with architects and development teams to align with enterprise architecture guidelines.Troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and continuously improve application quality.Stay current with emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and development best practices.Utilize AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity and code quality.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.6+ years of software development experience.4+ years of hands-on experience with:ReactNext.jsJavaScript/TypeScriptHTML5CSS3Experience developing enterprise web applications.Strong understanding of responsive design and modern UI/UX principles.Experience with automated testing using Playwright.Knowledge of accessibility standards and cross-browser compatibility.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Experience working in Agile development environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with monorepo architectures.Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience.Experience with state management solutions such as:Redux ToolkitContext APIZustandReact Query/TanStack QueryExperience with Next.js App Router, Server Components, and modern routing patterns.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
AI Experience Required
Candidates should have a solid understanding of basic AI concepts and practical experience using AI-assisted development tools for at least six months.
