MIS / Advanced Excel Executive (Operations & WFM)Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on MIS / Advanced Excel Executive who can turn raw data into actionable insights and support Operations, WFM, and Sales teams with accurate reporting and process improvements. This role is ideal for someone who is strong in Excel, understands business processes, and can independently manage reports and dashboards. What You’ll Be Doing Create and maintain daily MIS, dashboards, and performance reportsAutomate repetitive reports using Excel formulas, Power Query, and MacrosTrack and analyze team performance, productivity, and sales metricsSupport WFM activities like capacity planning, shrinkage tracking, and scheduling dataIdentify gaps in processes and suggest data-driven improvementsWork with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver timely insightsEnsure data accuracy and consistency across reportsMust-Have Skills Strong working knowledge of Advanced Excel:Pivot Tables, DashboardsINDEX-MATCH / XLOOKUPIF, ARRAY formulasData cleaning & structuringExperience in MIS reporting / data analysisUnderstanding of at least one domain:Operations / BPOWFM (Workforce Management)Sales reportingGood analytical thinking and attention to detailGood to Have (Not Mandatory) Macros / VBAPower BI / TableauGoogle Sheets (IMPORTRANGE, QUERY, etc.)Basic SQLExperience 1–4 years (flexible based on skill level)What Makes You a Good Fit You can handle large datasets without errorsYou don’t just report numbers—you explain what they meanYou look for ways to automate and simplify workYou can work with minimal supervisionKey Outcomes Expected 100% accurate and timely reportingReduction in manual reporting effort through automationClear insights that help improve performanceJob Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick timePaid time offWork Location: In person
