Your ability to communicate fluently in both Japanese (N1 level) and English will enable you to Deliver world‑class support that turns first‑time buyers into lifelong advocates. Identify and nurture sales opportunities that align with our clients’ evolving needs. Act as the cultural and linguistic liaison between our global teams. In short, you’ll be the catalyst that transforms customer interactions into measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Customer Success & Support Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in both Japanese and English. Guide customers through product information, order processing, and issue resolution with empathy and professionalism. Maintain high satisfaction scores by providing personalized assistance and proactive follow‑up. Document all interactions in our CRM, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights. Sales Enablement & Growth Engage potential customers to uncover pain points and recommend tailored office solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals. Prepare bilingual quotes, proposals, and sales presentations that resonate with Japanese‑speaking stakeholders. Track sales metrics and contribute to quarterly revenue targets. Language & Cultural Bridge Translate marketing materials, product documentation, and internal communications between Japanese and English. Provide cultural context to help the broader team understand regional nuances and preferences. Act as a language mentor for new hires and cross‑functional partners. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure seamless customer journeys. Share customer feedback, market trends, and improvement ideas with relevant stakeholders. Participate in product roadmap discussions to advocate for features that benefit Japanese‑speaking users.
