Senior Software Engineer, Front End – Dashboard About Caliza Caliza is commercial banking infrastructure for companies that operate across borders. Most global businesses still piece together several banks, FX providers and spreadsheets to move money. Caliza replaces that with one platform and API: hold USD accounts, collect and pay in 33+ currencies, and convert between fiat and stablecoins, over local rails, SWIFT or stablecoins, in minutes instead of days. On top of that, we’re building the treasury layer: programmable accounts, approval policies, automated reconciliation and working capital, run by a customer’s finance team or their AI agents. Our customers are importers, exporters, FX brokers, payment companies and fintechs across the Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia. We’re licensed and regulated across our core markets, and our team has built financial infrastructure at Visa, Nubank, EBANX, Flutterwave, Upstart, Intuit and Silicon Valley Bank. Our backers Initialized Capital, Better Tomorrow Ventures, Abstract Ventures, New Form Capital, QED Investors, Valor Capital and Quona Capital, along with the founders of Flutterwave, Chipper Cash, Rappi, Pomelo, Dock, Remesa Online and Anchorage. About the role The Caliza dashboard is where our customers see and control money moving across rails, currencies and countries. When a payment is in flight, a balance changes, or a compliance check is pending, the dashboard has to show it accurately and immediately, even across thousands of transactions. As a Senior Software Engineer focused on the dashboard, you'll own features end to end, including transaction and settlement views, balances across currencies, search and filtering, exports and reporting, and the permissions that control who sees and does what. You'll work closely with design, product, back-end and compliance. Location: Remote, open to candidates based in Latin America. Professional English required. In your first six months, you'll Design and build the real-time dashboard experience, so customers see payment and balance changes as they happen. Make large transaction tables fast and usable, with solid filtering, search and export. Improve how we show payment and settlement state, so users always know where money is and what happens next. Strengthen our shared component library and set front-end conventions for testing, performance and accessibility. What you'll be doing Build and maintain the dashboard in TypeScript and React. Design data-dense interfaces: tables, detail views, charts and reports. Integrate with back-end APIs, handling the loading, error and edge-case states that matter when money is involved. Contribute to our back-end services in Kotlin and Spring Boot when a feature needs it, such as adding or changing the APIs the dashboard depends on. Implement role-based access so each user sees exactly what they should. Own performance, from rendering large data sets to efficient data fetching. Write meaningful automated tests and review your teammates' code. Work with product and design from early concept through launch. What we're looking for 5+ years of professional front-end development experience. Deep expertise in TypeScript and React. Experience with data fetching, caching and state management tools such as Redux Toolkit and TanStack Query. Experience building real-time interfaces (websockets, live updates). Comfort working across the stack: you're happy to make back-end changes when a feature needs them. Experience building data-heavy applications such as dashboards, admin tools or analytics products. Strong product sense: you care about building rich, highly usable interfaces, not just shipping tickets. A strong grasp of front-end security: handling sensitive data, XSS/CSRF protection, and secure authentication flows. Real experience writing automated tests and caring about test quality. Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development in your daily work, with the judgment to review and question what the tools produce. Solid understanding of performance and accessibility (WCAG). Comfort with high autonomy and ambiguity in a fast-moving, remote startup. Clear written communication. Most of our collaboration is async. Nice to have Experience in fintech, payments, banking or crypto products. Back-end experience with Kotlin or Java and Spring Boot. Experience building or maintaining a design system. Experience with multiple currencies, languages, and number and date formats. How we work We use AI coding tools every day and expect you to as well. They make us faster at the routine parts of the work. But you own every line you ship: you understand it, test it, and can defend it in review. Because we handle financial data, we follow clear rules about what code and data can go into which tools. Background screening. Because we handle sensitive financial data and regulated activity, any offer will be contingent on a background check, which may include criminal history, employment and education verification, and sanctions screening, to the extent permitted by law. In the US, we conduct screening in line with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and applicable state and local fair chance laws, and we consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records in accordance with those laws. We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for these purposes or as required by applicable law. Subject to applicable legal requirements, applicants may request access to, correction or deletion of their personal data, as well as exercise other applicable rights, including restricting or objecting to processing and requesting data portability. Use of AI in hiring. We may use AI tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications or assessing responses. These tools assist our team but do not replace human judgment, and final hiring decisions are made by people. Recruitment fraud. Caliza will never ask candidates for payment, banking details, or cryptocurrency during the hiring process. Official communications come only from Caliza email addresses. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from us, please report it to our team. Originally posted on Himalayas

Distingui i requisiti indispensabili dalle preferenze.

Collega i requisiti a progetti, attività e risultati che puoi spiegare. Evidenzia l’esperienza pertinente senza inventare competenze o successi.
