Drawing on expertise across numerous disciplines and sectors, you will work collaboratively on a diverse range of client projects, applying your skills to help develop practical strategies that study, protect, enhance and restore the natural environment. Opportunities are available in the following teams and locations: Air Quality: London, Harwell (Oxfordshire), Manchester, Glasgow Landscape Architecture: Bristol, Exeter, London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Edinburgh, Glasgow Cultural Heritage: London or Manchester Acoustics: Manchester Nature Advisory: London or Manchester A little bit more about your role and the team … As a Graduate in one of our Environmental Services teams, you will contribute to projects across sectors including transport, energy, infrastructure, residential and commercial development, urban regeneration and the public realm. Work could involve air quality, cultural heritage, landscape architecture, acoustics, noise and vibration, and nature advisory services, helping clients understand environmental impacts, manage risk and create more sustainable and resilient places. Depending on your team, your work may include gathering and reviewing environmental information, supporting assessments, surveys and design work, using digital and technical tools, contributing to reports and recommendations, attending site visits and helping develop practical solutions for complex projects. Our teams work on a wide range of high-profile projects, with examples including major transport and energy infrastructure, new residential and commercial developments, urban regeneration programmes, public realm improvements, heritage-led projects and nature restoration initiatives To find out more about our teams, degree backgrounds considered and what your day-to-day activities could include, please visit our Graduate Website Graduate schemes with WSP | WSP What We’re Looking For You will have, or be on track to achieve, at least a 2:2 in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree. You will have an interest in environmental challenges and be keen to learn more about your chosen specialism. You will enjoy working collaboratively, sharing ideas, asking questions and learning from colleagues across different disciplines. You will bring curiosity and a willingness to explore practical solutions to challenges affecting the natural and built environment. You will be motivated to create value for our clients, take ownership of your development and broaden your skills with support from colleagues.
