You'll also own recurring deliverables, including forecast variance, user metrics, P&L and headcount analyses. You'll help scale the team's processes, using AI tools like Claude and BI tools like Tableau and Grafana to make workflows more efficient.  We're a collaborative, transparent, self-motivated team. If our core values (build trust, question assumptions, and validate direction) resonate with you, you'll fit right in!  About You 8+ years in strategic finance (FP&A, corporate development, investment banking, or consulting). Advanced Excel and financial modeling, including three-statement forecasts. Track record of owning complex, ambiguous analysis end to end and tying it to clear metrics.
