performance.Qualifications10years of product management experience, including 3years in a Principal, Group, or equivalent senior-level role.Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional, global initiatives.Deep expertise in platform product management, payments, benefits, or enterprise SaaS strongly preferred.Proven ability to define strategy and translate into executable roadmaps.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influence skills with executives and external partners.Track record of building scalable, compliant, customer-centric products.Strong technical fluency with ability to guide architectural discussions, data-driven decision-making, and trade-offs.We are committed to equal pay for equal work and believe in compensation transparency.All salary ranges are standardized nationwide and will not vary by region.This role offers a competitive total compensation package, including a base salary of $161,300 - $236,600, variable compensation, and
