The right candidate will join a group of colleagues who are a passionate team with a deeply analytical approach and your work will support our mission to be a world-class company driven by data. What you'll work on: Partner with teams across the company to understand how their products will affect our reporting duties and partner with these teams, accounting, treasury, finance, and data engineering to design data requirements, data models, business logic, and a reporting layer that helps us track and verify that we are meeting our regulatory requirements. You will aspire to our four core values: Multistakeholder - you have dedication and commitment to our customers, shareholders, employees and families and local communities. Mindful - you seek to be respectful, an active listener and to pay attention to detail. Driven by Excellence - you are driven by our mission and our passion for customer success which means you relentlessly pursue excellence, that you do not tolerate mediocrity and you work intensely to achieve your goals. Experience with bank reporting, business banking, financial services, or other similar industries. Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain to non-technical audiences and potentially regulators about how the systems you own and design work. Strong collaboration skills that allow you to make sure that product, product engineering, data engineering, finance, accounting, and treasury are all on the same page regarding reporting and requirements. A strong sense of ownership and accountability: when a number looks wrong or a report breaks, you take the lead in triaging it, investigating the root cause, and driving it to resolution, and you keep cross functional partners informed until it is fixed.
