On the Identity & Access Management team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Identity & Access Management, you will support identity governance, access reviews, IAM operations, and audit readiness. Review role-based access, entitlements, and segregation-of-duties controls to support consistent access across enterprise applications and technology platforms. Provide operational and engineering support for IAM solutions, including troubleshooting enhancements and defects and analyzing identity and access data. Support audit readiness and remediation by assessing access-related risks, identifying control gaps, coordinating corrective actions, and monitoring governance effectiveness. Experience or training with IAM, directory, service management, database, or monitoring platforms. Experience analyzing identity, access, or other technology data to identify discrepancies, trends, or users meeting defined criteria. Experience documenting issues, tracking remediation activities, and communicating findings to business or Technology stakeholders.
