Healthcare’s helping hand. CHG shook things up in 1979 by inventing the locum tenens staffing model. We connect doctors with patients who need their care. As the largest physician staffing firm in America, our providers treat millions of patients each year. Our industry is growing and demand is high. This means you’ll have plenty of opportunities to grow and develop in your career. Keeping healthcare healthy can be as fun as it is rewarding CHG is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution in a spec-driven development environment – specifically for our workflow orchestration platform. This is an evolution of the traditional Product Manager role — you will not only define the “what and why” of the product roadmap, but you will author detailed technical specifications that give engineering teams the clarity to build with confidence. You will be embedded within engineering workflows, participating in design reviews, reviewing pull requests for spec alignment, and writing prototypes and code to validate your own assumptions. If you are a product leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and technology, and you believe the best specs come from people who understand both the customer and the code, this role is for you. Responsibilities: Engage with various stakeholders (mostly engineering groups) – researching their needs and then formulating how to extend our orchestration platform. Author and own detailed technical specifications for product initiatives, including system context, data flows, workflows and corresponding actions, acceptance criteria, and edge case definitions Define and communicate technical product vision, strategy, and roadmap grounded in customer research, market analysis, and business objectives Write prototypes, proof-of-concept scripts, and lightweight automation to validate assumptions and accelerate decision-making Participate in the building by taking existing code, understand how it works, and deploy changes Partner with engineering as an embedded team member: participate in design reviews, sprint planning, technical discussions, and pull request reviews for spec alignment Define product metrics, design workflows, and independently extract and analyze data to drive prioritization Translate technical complexity into clear narratives for business stakeholders and business context into actionable direction for engineers Break large initiatives into shippable increments defined in specs, ensuring a consistent delivery cadence and early detection of scope or quality risks Conduct customer research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder interviews to inform product direction and identify high-leverage opportunities Qualifications: Ability to read, understand, and write code Experience in customer research for a technical platform Experience in rolling out large scale workflow orchestration Experience in large scale enterprise projects Strong track record of Delivery & Execution Spec-Driven Product Strategy and Roadmap Stakeholder Communication & Alignment Data Analysis & Insight Generation Outcome Ownership & Value Realization Technical Fluency & Systems Thinking Customer & Market Insight Cross-Functional Engineering Partnership Education & Years of Experience: BS preferred in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, business, or a related discipline), but relevant professional experience accepted. 5+ years of experience in product management with demonstrated technical depth. Experience authoring technical specifications, working in codebases, or contributing to engineering workflows. Preferred skills: Experience with spec-driven or design-doc-driven development processes Code competency — ability to read, understand, and review code Familiarity with durable execution platforms (Temporal) Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and pull request workflows Experience with SaaS products, APIs, microservices, or platform products Background in data analysis, A/B testing, and experimentation frameworks Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and delivery management tools (Jira, Confluence) We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $116,500 -- $225,300 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location. CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually. In return we offer: • 401(k) retirement plan with company match • Traditional healthcare benefits such as medical and dental coverage, and some unique benefits like onsite health centers, corporate wellness programs, and free behavioral health appointments. • Flexible work schedules - including work-from-home options available • Recognition programs with rewards including trips, cash, and paid time off • Family-friendly benefits including paid parental leave, fertility coverage, adoption assistance, and marriage counseling • Tailored training resources including free LinkedIn learning courses • Volunteer time off and employee-driven matching grants • Tuition reimbursement programs Click here to learn more about our company and culture. CHG Healthcare values a diverse and inclusive workforce. Interested in this role but not a perfect fit? Apply anyway. We welcome applicants of any race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status and individuals with disabilities as an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer. We are an at-will employer. What makes CHG Different? Originally posted on Himalayas

Busca, compara y prepara tu candidatura

No necesariamente.

¿Qué hago si no aparecen resultados?
