Junior to Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer Remote, Philippines · Full-time independent contractor · 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM PHT, Monday to Friday · USD 1,000 – 1,300 per month BloomGuarden is a U.S.-based HR company. Alongside our recruiting and HR services, we build our own software, in two product lines: GuardenLabs: a suite of web-based HR tools that help HR and finance teams plan their workforce and make better people decisions. Audelle: a mobile app and API that helps families run their household and manage the staff who work in it. We are a small team. You join as our second developer and work directly with our senior developer, who reviews your work and helps you grow. From day one you pick up real tasks across both product lines: screens, API endpoints and bug fixes. You do not need to know everything listed below. You need solid basics, care for detail, and the drive to learn fast. What You'll Do Build and ship Build screens in the Audelle mobile app (React Native with Expo) and the API endpoints behind them (Node.js with Express). Fix bugs and add features in the GuardenLabs HR tools (React, Next.js, Vite). Build reusable, responsive React components from a design, and connect them to APIs. Deploy and monitor apps on Vercel, and investigate production errors reported through Sentry. Work to a quality standard For any business rule (a calculation, a permission, a limit), write the test first, then the code that makes it pass. Check your work the way a user sees it: phone-sized screen first, then desktop, and on the Android emulator for the mobile app. Open a pull request on GitHub for every change, and work through review comments with the senior developer. Communicate and own your work Keep your tasks current on our Monday.com board with short, plain-English updates, the same day. Ask clear questions early, flag blockers, and write pull request notes another developer can follow. What You Bring Non-negotiable tools React.js: you can build a screen from a design and connect it to an API. GitHub: branches, pull requests, code review and merge conflicts. Vercel: you have deployed and managed at least one app on Vercel. Must-haves About 1 to 3 years of professional experience building web or mobile apps, or equivalent shipped projects (freelance, open source or production side projects you can show us). Good JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript, and good React. Some backend experience: you have written REST endpoints and SQL queries against a real database (PostgreSQL preferred). Experience writing automated tests (Jest, Vitest or similar). Responsive, mobile-first web development, and solid debugging skills. Clear written English. We work remotely and mostly in writing, so your updates and questions must be easy to follow. Big bonus You use AI coding assistants (such as Claude Code, Cursor or GitHub Copilot) with judgment: you read and test what they produce before you ship it, and you can explain every line you submit. Nice-to-haves React Native with Expo, or Next.js. Supabase, including row-level security (database rules that decide who can see which rows). Express and Zod; Tailwind CSS or NativeWind; TanStack Query. Stripe payments; Sentry; CI/CD pipelines. Authentication (OAuth, JWT, Supabase Auth, Clerk or similar). Comfort with numbers and spreadsheets. Some of our HR tools are calculation-heavy. Startup or SaaS product experience. Our Stack TypeScript · React · Next.js · Vite · React Native / Expo · Node.js / Express · PostgreSQL / Supabase · Tailwind CSS / NativeWind · Vitest / Jest · Stripe · Sentry · Vercel · GitHub · Monday.com How We Work Code is split into clear layers: routes, controllers and services on the backend; pages, hooks and components on the frontend. Small files, small functions, clear names. Mobile first: every screen works at phone width before desktop. A change is done only when its tests pass and it has been checked by hand in the browser or emulator. Every caught error is reported, never silently ignored. Our Culture We hire for the three virtues of the Ideal Team Player (Patrick Lencioni), plus the way BloomGuarden works: Humble: you welcome code review, admit mistakes quickly, and give credit to others. Hungry: you own your tasks end to end, learn fast, and follow through without reminders. People smart: you read the room in writing: you know when to ask, when to update and how to give feedback kindly. BloomGuarden values: integrity (honest status, even when it is bad news), quality over speed, care for the people who use our products, and protecting the data entrusted to us. Your First Three Months Month 1: set up every project locally, learn the codebase, ship your first small fixes. Month 2: own small features end to end, from board task to merged pull request. Month 3: own a full screen or feature, including its tests, with light review. Work Setup and Pay Fully remote. You must be based in the Philippines. Working hours: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM Philippine time, Monday to Friday, the same hours as our senior developer. Full-time engagement as an independent contractor, with no other job or clients during these hours. Pay: USD 1,000 to 1,300 per month. Where you land in the range is set by our structured evaluation: the interview rubric and a short technical exercise. Equipment: a computer that can run the Android emulator, a stable internet connection, a backup power source and a quiet place to work. Our Hiring Process Written application: resume, a GitHub or portfolio link, and answers to the three questions below. Screening call (20–30 min): availability, setup and basics. Technical exercise: a short take-home task (capped at about 2–3 hours) or a live pairing session, scored on the same criteria for everyone. Structured interview: same questions for every candidate, scored on a written rubric. Includes a walkthrough of your exercise. Decision and offer: we aim to decide within 3 business days of your final interview. To Apply Answer these three questions in writing (3–5 sentences each): Describe a feature you built end to end. What was your part, what stack did you use, and how did you test it? Tell us about a bug that was hard to find. How did you track it down? How do you use AI coding tools today, and how do you check what they produce? Equal Opportunity BloomGuarden is an equal opportunity employer. Busca, compara y prepara tu candidatura

No necesariamente.

¿Qué hago si no aparecen resultados?
