Remote in the United States, Brazil, Canada, or Mexico Mercy For Animals aims to end industrial animal agriculture by constructing a just and sustainable food system. We envision a world where animals are respected, protected, and free. As a leading farmed animal advocacy organization, we know that achieving this goal requires a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative work environment—one that welcomes and sparks new perspectives and innovative ideas. If you are passionate about our mission, driven to make a big impact for animals, and eager to be part of a dedicated team, join us! Mercy For Animals is entering a new chapter, sharpening our focus on the opportunities where we can achieve the greatest possible impact for animals. Corporate accountability is central to this work. We believe that changing the policies and practices of the world's most influential companies can meaningfully reduce or end suffering for billions of animals raised for food. The Global Vice President of Corporate Impact will lead MFA's global corporate impact strategy, driving ambitious campaigns that secure meaningful corporate commitments, hold companies accountable for implementation, and produce measurable improvements in the lives of animals. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, this leader will be responsible for MFA's global corporate campaigns and engagement team, while working closely with regional Managing Directors to align priorities, strengthen campaigning capabilities, and maximize impact across regions. This is both a strategic and a hands-on leadership role. We are looking for an exceptional campaign strategist and organizational leader who understands how to influence powerful institutions, build leverage, negotiate effectively, and mobilize pressure when necessary. The successful candidate will combine bold ambition with sound judgment, disciplined execution, and a relentless focus on results. You will do invaluable work: Global Strategy, Prioritization & Impact Partner with the CEO to define and execute MFA's global corporate impact strategy, establishing ambitious, measurable goals aligned with organizational priorities. Identify and prioritize the companies, industries, markets, and opportunities where MFA can achieve the greatest improvements for animals, working closely with Intelligence & Impact and regional leadership. Lead the global corporate impact portfolio, making disciplined decisions about where to invest time and resources, which initiatives to accelerate or adapt, and which to discontinue. Translate strategic priorities into actionable and holistic campaign plans with clear objectives, accountable owners, milestones, budgets, and measures of success. Establish and monitor meaningful performance indicators, with particular emphasis on corporate policy implementation, verified changes in company practices, and measurable animal impact, not simply commitments or activities. Continuously evaluate campaign effectiveness, using MFA’s organization-wide impact framework, contribute to how that framework measures corporate interventions, adapt strategies as circumstances change, and identify opportunities to improve the impact and cost-effectiveness of MFA's work. Advance corporate welfare reforms as a core priority, while evaluating opportunities for plant-forward and animal-protein-reduction initiatives where they align with MFA's strategy and can demonstrate meaningful impact for animals. Corporate Campaigns, Engagement & Accountability Lead the development, direction and execution of bold, sophisticated global corporate campaigns that change the policies and practices of major multinational companies. Direct global campaign strategy from target selection and corporate engagement through negotiation, public pressure, escalation, commitment, and implementation. Develop and deploy effective approaches to influencing corporate decision-makers, combining constructive engagement and negotiation with strategic advocacy and coordinated public pressure when necessary. Establish clear, ambitious, and credible expectations for corporate commitments, including meaningful implementation timelines, transparent progress reporting, and mechanisms for accountability. Ensure that MFA actively tracks corporate commitments and their implementation, identifies barriers to progress, and takes decisive action when companies fail to meet their obligations. Identify opportunities to develop innovative campaign tactics, strengthen leverage, and build momentum across companies, industries, and markets. Monitor trends in corporate behavior, animal agriculture, and food markets, and share insights with the Intelligence & Impact team to inform MFA’s broader strategy. Work closely with investigations, marketing & communications, organizing, policy, and other relevant teams to bring the full strength of MFA's capabilities to priority campaigns. Build and maintain relationships with corporate executives and other influential stakeholders, while maintaining MFA's independence and willingness to challenge powerful institutions. Global Leadership & Regional Collaboration Lead, develop, and empower a high-performing global corporate impact team, establishing a culture of ownership, courage, collaboration, accountability, and execution. Set clear expectations, provide candid and constructive feedback, develop talent, and hold team members accountable for delivering results. Partner closely with regional Managing Directors to establish shared corporate impact priorities, coordinate global campaigns, and strengthen alignment without creating unnecessary layers of management or approval. Foster the exchange of effective tactics, market intelligence, and lessons learned across MFA's global operations, adapting approaches to local market conditions. Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve coordination, and leverage technology and AI to strengthen campaigning capabilities and organizational effectiveness. Enterprise Leadership, Partnerships & Resource Stewardship Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, contributing to organizational strategy, resource allocation, priority setting, and major decisions affecting MFA's direction. Collaborate with Intelligence & Impact to strengthen evidence-based decision-making, identify emerging opportunities, and rigorously assess the effectiveness of corporate interventions. Cultivate strategic relationships and coalitions with other animal protection organizations and movement partners, aligning efforts when collaboration can meaningfully increase impact while preserving MFA's distinct contribution. Represent MFA with corporate leaders, movement partners, funders, media, and other external stakeholders as appropriate. Oversee the effective deployment of the global corporate impact budget, ensuring resources are aligned with strategic priorities and expected results. Partner with Development and Finance to support compelling grant proposals, responsible stewardship of restricted funding, accurate reporting, and the achievement of funded program outcomes. Your qualifications will take our team to the next level: Significant leadership experience in corporate campaigning, corporate engagement, animal advocacy, or a closely related field, with a demonstrated record of achieving meaningful institutional or corporate change. Proven ability to develop and lead sophisticated campaigns that influence major companies, secure meaningful commitments, and drive implementation and accountability. Deep understanding of the global food industry, corporate supply chains, and the major animal welfare challenges associated with industrial animal agriculture. Exceptional strategic judgment, with the ability to identify high-impact opportunities, make difficult tradeoffs, allocate resources effectively, and turn strategy into measurable results. Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams, including experience working across different geographies and cultures. Strong understanding of corporate power, incentives, negotiation, reputational pressure, public campaigning, and the conditions that lead institutions to change. Ability to combine collaborative, constructive engagement with the conviction and determination to challenge powerful companies when necessary. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use evidence, performance data, and impact measurement to inform decisions and improve effectiveness. Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills, including the credibility to engage senior corporate executives, coalition partners, funders, and organizational leadership. A highly proactive, resourceful, and decisive leadership style, with a willingness to engage directly in difficult problems and take responsibility for outcomes. Strong organizational leadership and financial stewardship skills, with experience managing complex initiatives, teams, and budgets. Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required. Deep commitment to Mercy For Animals' mission and values, and a determination to reduce suffering and end factory farming. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading corporate advocacy or accountability efforts across multiple countries or regions. Experience working within the global farmed animal protection movement and collaborating with international advocacy coalitions. Experience developing or implementing measurable impact frameworks and managing grant-funded programs. Experience with strategic portfolio management, including using evidence to guide resource decisions, impact evaluation, or data analysis. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this role is $130,720 to $150,800 USD, with the final offer determined by the candidate's quailifications, relevant experience, and skills. In addition to a collaborative and innovative work environment, you will be able to take part in our benefits package, including no- or low-cost health, vision, and dental insurance; generous paid time off and sick leave; and a 401(k) retirement plan with a dollar-to-dollar employer match of up to 3.5% of your annual earnings. For candidates applying outside of the United States, the regional salary range and benefits packages will be discussed during the initial interview stage. Application Details We consider traditional and nontraditional qualifications and carefully review each application, resume, and cover letter. Feel encouraged to go outside a traditional cover letter and state how you would add to our culture; what we would gain from having you on our team; and how you align with our organizational vision, mission, and values. We are committed to the principles of equity and justice, and our culture celebrates authenticity—enabling every team member to shine.

No necesariamente. La empresa puede limitar los países de residencia, exigir autorización para trabajar o fijar un horario. Comprueba estos puntos en la oferta original. Si no aparecen, consúltalos con la empresa antes de asumir que puedes trabajar desde tu ubicación.

¿Qué hago si no aparecen resultados?
