Come join our team and help us create secure cloud environments that allow even the best companies to move faster, all while having some fun! Minimum Requirements 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Business Partnering within a high-growth B2B organization. Expertise in Marketo: Advanced, hands-on operational experience with Marketo admin capabilities. Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC): Solid working knowledge of Salesforce, with the ability to build custom reports and dashboards, manage campaigns, and track lead routing and status updates. Strong consultative communication skills with a track record of translating complex technical constraints into simple, supportive commercial language for cross-functional partners. Preferred Qualifications Strong Project Management Skills: Exceptional organizational ability with deep attention to detail and a passion for turning campaign delivery friction into smooth, predictable, and scalable workflows. Innovative AI & Automation Application: A tech-forward operational mindset with a passion for staying on top of the rapid changes in AI and modern automation tools, and the creativity to apply these technologies to solve complex GTM business problems. Analytics & Attribution Knowledge: Strong conceptual understanding of Looker (or comparable modern BI platforms) to navigate dashboards and interpret data, alongside a solid grasp of multi-touch attribution models to evaluate campaign performance. Proven success navigating large, complex B2B enterprise environments and managing alignment across a wide matrix of global stakeholders. Post-Acquisition System & Process Awareness: Experience or familiarity with post-acquisition environments, bringing a strong understanding of how merging with a large enterprise business impacts systems, lead processes, and shared pipeline targets. Experience architecting structured collaborative workflows and intake models in project management platforms like Asana. Familiarity with global deliverability best practices, IP sender reputation management, and international privacy regulations (such as GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM). Collaborative Mindset: A proactive problem-solver with a high EQ who builds strong operational alignment across global, cross-functional GTM teams and time zones, meeting stakeholders where they are to co-design solutions. Demonstrated ability to diagnose systemic process bottlenecks and design scalable, automated backend solutions. About the Job As a Marketing Operations Business Partner, your goal is to act as a strategic advisor to regional marketing stakeholders - identifying friction trends, solving system level bottlenecks, and driving pipeline scale. Rather than focusing on manual campaign builds, you will drive proactive system-level diagnosis and solutions to ensure commercial decision making and GTM execution feel effortless and fast. Your primary daily focus is simple: unblock marketers so they can focus on building pipeline. If a marketer's job is to know what Sales needs to win, your job is to know exactly what is holding Marketing back from supplying it and propose solutions. By partnering closely with regional teams, you will translate recurring operational hurdles into backend workflow enhancements, lead lifecycle clarity, and scalable automation. You will design solutions that satisfy unique local requirements while preserving global consistency and regional alignment. Ultimately, you will ensure campaign launches are smooth and predictable, cementing Marketing Operations as the vital engine room that executive leadership consults to protect and multiply pipeline velocity. Responsibilities Trusted Business Consultant: Act as a strategic advisor to regional marketing leads - understanding campaign goals, resource tensions, and day to day execution roadblocks to advise on priorities and drive efficiencies. Targeted Campaign Operations Support: Act as the primary regional POC for self-service support, lead QA process for self-service programs in your region, and provide hands-on custom campaign builds for complex, non-standard "big rock" marketing events. Quarterly Plan Alignment: Support quarterly planning rhythms to align team capacity, operational tools, and sales needs directly to marketing execution. Business Metrics Advisory: Advise marketers on key business metrics, KPIs, and campaign performance standards, guiding the interpretation of metrics to inform strategic commercial choices and pipeline pivots. Operational Troubleshooting & Redesign: Analyze recurring team roadblocks and process inefficiencies across campaigns to identify systematic breakdowns and workflow drag across regions. Systems Optimization: Bring operational findings back to the Marketing Operations engine room to drive backend improvements. Enablement & Guardrails: Equip marketers with self-service tools and enablement resources, pre-auditing complex programs to ensure flawless delivery without bureaucratic delays. Global and Local Alignment: Architect marketing solutions that satisfy local market nuances while maintaining global consistency and avoiding operational conflicts between regions. Busca, compara y prepara tu candidatura

No necesariamente.

¿Qué hago si no aparecen resultados?
