About Upstart At Upstart, we’re united by a mission that matters: to radically reduce the cost and complexity of borrowing for all Americans. Every day, we bring creativity, experimentation, and advanced AI to reshape access to credit, helping millions move forward financially with clarity and confidence. As the leading AI lending marketplace, we partner with banks and credit unions to expand access to affordable credit through technology that’s both radically intelligent and deeply human. Our platform runs over one million predictions per borrower using more than 3,000 signals, powering smarter, fairer decisions for millions of customers. But the numbers only hint at the impact. Every idea, every voice, and every contribution moves us closer to a world where credit never stands between people and their financial progress. We’re proudly digital-first, giving most Upstarters the flexibility to do their best work from wherever they thrive, alongside teammates across 80+ cities in the US and Canada. Digital-first doesn’t mean distant. We’re intentional about in-person connection through team onsites, planning sessions, and moments that spark creativity and trust. And whether you choose to work primarily from home or collaborate in-person from one of our offices in Columbus, Austin, the Bay Area, or New York City, you’ll have the support to work in the way that works best for you. If you’re energized by tackling meaningful problems, excited to innovate with purpose, and motivated by work that truly matters, we’d love to hear from you. The Team: Upstart’s Solutions and Integrations team builds and scales the technology that connects our lending partners to Upstart. The team owns core banking and API integrations that automate lender onboarding and downstream loan workflows, with a focus on helping our lenders purchase loans seamlessly, supporting new lending products, and building scalable integration and production support models. We've already built integrations with several major core banking platforms, and our priority now is helping more lending partners go live quickly, reliably, and at high quality. We're a small, collaborative team that works directly with lenders and partners across Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Account Management. As an Integration Engineer, Lending Partnerships at Upstart, you will help scale adoption of Upstart’s existing core banking and API integrations by owning the technical onboarding of banks and credit unions. You will work directly with lending partners and internal teams to gather requirements, configure integrations, map data, establish connectivity, test end to end workflows, troubleshoot issues, and support successful production launches. Your work adds dedicated implementation capacity, so Upstart can support more simultaneous launches while keeping timelines predictable. This opportunity is a 6 month contract-to-hire role and is not eligible for Upstart’s employee compensation, equity, bonus, or benefits offerings. How you’ll make an impact Own technical onboarding of lending partners from requirements gathering and data mapping through testing, production launch, and initial post launch support. Configure and support integrations using Workato, REST APIs, SFTP, and existing core banking connector frameworks. Partner directly with lender technology, operations, accounting, and implementation teams to understand requirements, resolve technical blockers, and maintain launch readiness. Execute and validate end to end workflows across member and account creation, loan boarding, funding related processes, document transfer, and downstream data updates. Troubleshoot production and implementation issues across APIs, data mappings, middleware, core banking platforms, and lender environments. Improve integration scalability by optimizing Workato workflows, strengthening production support processes, and turning repeatable implementation activities into standardized processes, templates, and automation. Minimum Qualifications 4+ years of experience in integration engineering, solutions engineering, technical implementation, solutions architecture, or a similar customer facing technical role. Hands on experience implementing and troubleshooting REST API integrations, including JSON, authentication, data mapping, error handling, and API testing. Experience with systems integration, middleware, iPaaS platforms, or API based implementations. Experience gathering technical requirements and translating business workflows into integration requirements. Experience working directly with external customers or partners and independently driving technical issues toward resolution. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Tray.io, or another integration platform; direct Workato recipe development experience is particularly valuable. Knowledge of banking, lending, fintech, or financial services integration workflows. Familiarity with core banking platforms such as Jack Henry Symitar, Fiserv DNA, Corelation Keystone, Fiserv Premier, FIS, or similar systems. Experience with SFTP, PGP encryption, NACHA files, loan boarding, account creation, or other banking integration workflows. Experience using Postman, SQL, or similar tools for API testing, data validation, and integration troubleshooting. Experience supporting production integrations, go live activities, monitoring, incident troubleshooting, and post production support. Busca, compara y prepara tu candidatura

No necesariamente.

¿Qué hago si no aparecen resultados?
