About DMI DMI is a leading provider of digital services and technology solutions, headquartered in Tysons Corner, VA. With a focus on end-to-end managed IT services, including managed mobility, cloud, cybersecurity, network operations, and application development, DMI supports public sector agencies and commercial enterprises around the globe. Learn more at www.dminc.com About the Opportunity DMI, LLC is seeking a Scrum Master to run the delivery cadence on a ServiceNow service management program for a customer on Capitol Hill. The program runs in two tracks from award: a six-week assessment and planning phase producing a current-state baseline, future-state model, and prioritized roadmap, and concurrent Agile Scrum delivery of a customer-approved ServiceNow backlog, followed by iterative implementation against the roadmap. The Scrum Master owns the sprint rhythm: facilitation of every ceremony, removal of impediments, coaching of the team and the customer Product Owner, and coordination of Agile delivery with release management, testing, deployment, and organizational change management. This is a facilitation and coaching role inside a formal Government acceptance process, not a project administration role. Duties and Responsibilities: Agile Facilitation Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint demonstrations to customer stakeholders, and retrospectives on the cadence agreed with the customer. Coach the Scrum team, the customer Product Owner, and other stakeholders in Agile and Scrum principles, roles, responsibilities, and ways of working. Coach the Product Owner on backlog management, refinement, prioritization, development of clear backlog items and acceptance criteria, sprint planning, and effective participation in ceremonies. Impediments and Dependencies Identify and facilitate resolution of cross-team dependencies, impediments, risks, and delivery constraints. Coordinate Agile development with release management, testing, production deployment, and organizational change management activities. Maintain the release and sprint plan and the deliverable cadence map with the Project Manager so every deliverable is tied to a sprint, release, or phase. Team Health and Improvement Coach the team toward greater self-management, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, including identifying and addressing behaviors or practices that impede delivery. Report observed velocity and sprint outcomes for the weekly status report, so the customer decides on pace with evidence. Run retrospectives whose actions feed the backlog and the continuous-improvement process the customer reviews and approves. Qualifications Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor of Science degree. Five or more years of relevant experience. Required Skills & Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent. Experience running Scrum on a ServiceNow or other ITSM platform program. Prior program experience on Capitol Hill. Experience with GitLab or an equivalent tool for epics, stories, defects, and milestones. Additional Requirements: Minimum five years of experience supporting Agile software development or technology implementation teams, including at least three years performing Scrum Master or an equivalent Agile facilitation role. Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile/Scrum teams supporting enterprise technology platforms or ITSM implementations. Demonstrated experience coaching Scrum teams, Product Owners, and other stakeholders in Agile/Scrum principles, roles, responsibilities, and effective ways of working. Demonstrated ability to identify and facilitate resolution of cross-team dependencies, impediments, risks, and delivery constraints. Experience working with Product Owners, developers, testers, architects, operations personnel, and business stakeholders in complex enterprise environments. Experience coordinating Agile development with release management, testing, production deployment, and organizational change management activities. Demonstrated ability to coach teams toward greater self-management, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Experience coaching Product Owners on backlog management, refinement, prioritization, acceptance criteria, sprint planning, and effective participation. Ability to successfully complete the background investigation required for customer facilities and systems. Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen Physical Requirements: No physical requirements needed for this position. Location: Remote, US Work Arrangement: This position is performed off-site or at Contractor facilities unless the customer directs otherwise. This position is designated Key Personnel under the task order. Substitution requires customer approval. Deliverables are subject to formal Government review and written Contracting Officer's Representative acceptance. Occasional after-hours or weekend support may be required around production releases. #DICE Minimum Salary Rate $97,193Median Salary Rate $121,492Working at DMI DMI is a diverse, prosperous, and rewarding place to work. Busca, compara y prepara tu candidatura

No necesariamente.

¿Qué hago si no aparecen resultados?
