Do you open a PDP and immediately start forming hypotheses before you've read the copy? Do you track your own test results the way a trader tracks positions, because the data tells you what to design next? Freebird® is a 9-figure DTC brand serving over 2 million customers and redefining grooming for the modern consumer. We've built one of the strongest paid acquisition engines in DTC. The next phase of growth isn't about more traffic. It's about designing ecommerce experiences that convert, retain, and compound. We're looking for a Senior Growth Designer who owns the CRO design function end-to-end: the experimentation roadmap, the highest-leverage surfaces on the site, and the design system that makes it all scalable. This is not a support role. You lead the design side of Freebird's conversion engine and are accountable to the metrics that come out of it: CVR, CTR, AOV, LTV. You'll be hands-on in Figma every day, building and shipping A/B test variants, governing the design system the entire organization depends on, and working directly with data (heatmaps, session replays, funnel analytics) to decide what gets designed next. Every major decision has a metric attached to it before it ships. You'll report to the Senior Director of Design and partner closely with our CRO Manager. This role is 100% remote. We require meaningful overlap with US working hours. If you think in conversion hypotheses, funnel mechanics, and ecommerce surface design, and you've been waiting for a seat where your work is measured by revenue impact rather than stakeholder approval, this role is for you. What You'll Own Lead the CRO Design Roadmap This is the core of the role. Own the design side of the experimentation roadmap: hypothesis generation, variant design, result analysis, and documented learnings. Build and maintain a deep, never-stale test backlog grounded in customer behavior data: heatmaps, session replays, funnel drop-off, and post-purchase insights. Partner with the CRO Manager to size, prioritize, and sequence experiments by revenue impact potential. Own the institutional CRO design library: a documented record of winning patterns, defeated variants, and the reasoning behind each, so learnings compound instead of disappearing. Ship experiments at a consistent cadence. Velocity and rigor are not trade-offs. Drive Measurable Conversion Lift Across Ecommerce Surfaces Improve CVR, CTR, AOV, and LTV through high-quality design execution on Freebird's highest-leverage pages: PDPs, checkout, landing pages, upsell flows, and post-purchase experiences. Identify friction in the customer journey before anyone else does, using data rather than intuition alone. Set a performance benchmark for every major design decision and track against it. Translate test results into design principles, not one-time fixes. Build and Govern the Freebird Design System The design system is not a side project. It is the foundation that makes everything else scalable. Own the component library, design tokens, and pattern documentation in Figma at a system level. Ensure scalability across the Design and Creative teams without rework or one-off screens. Act as design system gatekeeper: reviewing output for consistency, flagging drift, and driving adoption. Maintain version control and documentation so the system evolves predictably as the team and product lines scale. Ship Production-Ready UI at Senior Velocity Take briefs from stakeholders to polished, production-ready design within sprint cadence. Maintain pixel-level execution quality across web and app touchpoints. Deliver clean specs, interaction notes, and edge-case coverage to the dev team for reliable, low-back-and-forth implementation. Contribute to sprint planning and grooming: sizing work accurately, flagging risk early, and holding velocity without sacrificing system integrity. Elevate the Design Function Set the quality bar for ecommerce design at Freebird through strong execution and high standards. Provide design feedback and mentorship to junior designers as the function grows. Help establish shared ways of working: critique culture, file structure, CRO design handoff standards. Become the internal authority on how design and conversion intersect, the person the team goes to when the numbers aren't moving. What Success Looks Like Within your first 6-12 months: A documented, scalable design system is used consistently across all digital touchpoints. A steady cadence of design-led CRO experiments ships with measurable results attached. Measurable improvements in CVR, CTR, or AOV are directly tied to design decisions you made and tracked. The CRO design library is a living, growing asset, not a folder no one updates. Design handoffs are clean, complete, and require minimal clarification from engineering. You are the person the team goes to when the conversion numbers aren't moving. Requirements We're looking for a senior designer with deep ecommerce expertise and real CRO experience, not just someone who has worked on clean interfaces. 5+ years of design experience, with significant, recent experience in DTC or ecommerce: specifically PDPs, checkout flows, subscription experiences, and landing pages. This is required. A portfolio that demonstrates measurable business impact: CVR improvements, CTR gains, AOV growth. We want to see the before, the hypothesis, and the result, not just the final design. Proven experience owning an experimentation workflow, from hypothesis development and variant design through result analysis and pattern documentation. Experience building, maintaining, and scaling design systems in Figma: components, variants, design tokens, documentation, and governance. Fluency with behavioral analytics tools: heatmaps, session replay, funnel analytics, A/B testing platforms. Ability to operate with senior autonomy: own a brief end-to-end, communicate blockers proactively, and maintain momentum without waiting for perfect processes. Comfortable presenting and defending design decisions using data and business rationale to non-design stakeholders. Advanced Figma proficiency. Illustrator or Photoshop experience is a plus. Bonus Points Experience working directly with a CRO or growth team, with shared accountability for conversion metrics. Familiarity with Shopify or headless commerce environments. Background in direct-response marketing or performance creative. Experience building a CRO design system or experimentation library from scratch. Exposure to subscription ecommerce and retention-focused design. Benefits Your design decisions are measured. You'll see the impact of your work through real conversion data, not stakeholder opinions. No politics, just execution. Join a fast-moving, high-ownership, results-driven culture. Make your mark by helping scale a 9-figure DTC brand on the verge of global breakout. Kind, people-focused team that communicates openly, collaborates well, and supports one another. We embrace growth and change, never settle, and continuously improve. Remote-first and flexible. Work from anywhere with autonomy and trust. Unlimited PTO. Recharge when you need to, without counting days. Originally posted on Himalayas

Busca, compara y prepara tu candidatura

No necesariamente. La empresa puede limitar los países de residencia, exigir autorización para trabajar o fijar un horario. Comprueba estos puntos en la oferta original. Si no aparecen, consúltalos con la empresa antes de asumir que puedes trabajar desde tu ubicación.

¿Qué hago si no aparecen resultados?
