What You Can Expect As our Marketing Data Operations Analyst, you will serve as both a technical expert and an advisory partner to EMEA marketing stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive smarter campaign and strategic decisions. You will own the segmentation, database management, and data quality frameworks that power Zoom's marketing database, working closely with the wider Marketing Operations team, IT, and Data teams. This role sits within the Digital Transformation Office, giving you visibility across how data strategy connects to enterprise marketing outcomes at scale. This role requires working hours aligned to EMEA markets, with a shift of 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM IST. About the Team The Marketing Data Operations team is part of the wider Marketing Operations team within Zoom's Digital Transformation Office and is responsible for the infrastructure, processes, and operational frameworks that power our marketing database. We enable data accessibility, quality, and operational execution for Enterprise Marketing, ensuring that marketing teams have reliable, actionable data to inform campaigns and strategic decisions. We are a collaborative team working across Marketing Operations, IT, and Data functions to keep Zoom's marketing database accurate, current, and strategically aligned. Responsibilities Analyze audience and database performance metrics, surfacing key trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform EMEA marketing strategy and decision-making. Develop and deliver recurring insight outputs including audience health readouts, engagement trend analyses, and segmentation performance summaries for marketing stakeholders. Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and systemic issues in current processes, segmentation logic, and data quality, leading continuous improvement initiatives without waiting for escalation. Create, manage, and evolve audience segments and segmentation models aligned to EMEA regional objectives, translating marketing requirements into effective audience builds grounded in business context. Own compliance with privacy regulations including GDPR and internal opt-in requirements for new and existing data within the marketing database. Collaborate with Data Operations, Marketing Operations, and cross-functional IT and Data teams to ensure the marketing database remains accurate, current, and aligned with organizational needs. Build and maintain proactive relationships with EMEA marketing stakeholders, delivering enablement sessions that improve their understanding and utilization of Zoom's marketing database. Communicate complex data concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders, providing data-driven context that explains what the data means and what actions it suggests. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in a technology, data, or business-related field, or equivalent experience, with 8 or more years of experience working with large-scale B2B or B2C marketing databases. Strong knowledge of marketing data ecosystems including CRM systems (Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), CDP platforms (Data Cloud), data warehouses (Snowflake), and BI tools (Tableau). Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write and optimize complex queries for segmentation, analysis, and performance reporting. Demonstrated ability to translate data into business-facing insights, articulating not just what the data shows but what it means for marketing stakeholders and what actions it might inform. Proven ability to own and deliver projects independently from scoping to completion, managing timelines and stakeholder expectations without constant oversight. A proactive, problem-solving mindset that identifies issues before they are reported, brings solutions alongside diagnosis, and drives improvement without waiting for direction. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally, combined with strong attention to detail and a quality-first approach. Busca, compara y prepara tu candidatura

No necesariamente.

¿Qué hago si no aparecen resultados?
