Job Description: We are Omnissa!  Omnissa is the first AI-driven digital work platform, built to support flexible, secure, work-from anywhere experiences. We integrate industry-leading solutions - including Unified Endpoint Management, Virtual Apps and Desktops, Digital Employee Experience, and Security & Compliance - into a seamless, autonomous workspace that adapts to how people work. Our platform boosts employee engagement while optimizing IT operations, security, and cost. Guided by our Core Values - Act in Alignment, Build Trust, Foster Inclusiveness, Drive Efficiency, and Maximize Customer Value - we’re growing rapidly and committed to delivering meaningful impact. If you're passionate about shaping the future of work, we’d love to hear from you. At Omnissa, we are committed to maintaining a fair, consistent, and secure hiring process for all candidates. As part of this approach, we use standard interview and verification practices designed to ensure alignment and protect both candidates and the organization. These practices are applied thoughtfully and with respect for candidate privacy. What is the opportunity? At Omnissa, we’re committed to helping our customers unlock the full potential of their digital workplaces. Customer advocacy plays an important role in bringing those customer experiences to life – helping prospects and customers understand the value of our solutions through authentic stories, references, testimonials, and peer-to-peer engagement. We are looking for a Senior Customer Advocacy Manager to help build and execute impactful customer advocacy programs. In this role, you will develop trusted relationships with customers, identify compelling customer stories, coordinate advocacy opportunities, and partner closely with teams across Omnissa to amplify the voice of customers. This is an opportunity for an experienced customer marketer and relationship builder who enjoys working directly with customers, managing multiple programs, and turning customer experiences into engaging stories and advocacy opportunities. Most importantly, you are passionate about customers and understanding the power of an authentic customer voice. What You'll Do: Execute customer advocacy programs and initiatives — including customer references, case studies, videos, reviews, and peer-to-peer activities — creatively addressing program needs and driving measurable results. Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer advocates, including at the executive/C-level; identify opportunities to deepen their engagement with Omnissa, including through leading executive engagement events and programs that connect customer executives with Omnissa leadership. Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Communications to identify customers with compelling stories and build and maintain a healthy pipeline of advocates across industries, geographies, and customer segments. Manage day-to-day customer reference requests, matching customers to opportunities based on their experience, industry, use case, and level of engagement. Lead end-to-end development of customer stories and advocacy assets: identifying key stories, preparing writers, guiding customers through the interview and review process, and shaping content to influence prospective customers' decision-making. Support customer participation in events, webinars, speaking opportunities, and analyst and media activities. What You'll Bring 7-9+ years of experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, reference programs, or a related marketing function. Demonstrated success building trusted relationships with customers at all levels, including C-level and executive stakeholders, and engaging them in advocacy activities. Proven success partnering with Sales and working collaboratively across global, cross-functional teams. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer programs, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex customer experiences into compelling stories and an innate attention to detail. A customer-first mindset with strong judgment around customer relationships, engagement, and communications. Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and move programs forward with limited direction in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong track record of following through on commitments. Experience in enterprise technology, SaaS, digital workspace, or cybersecurity is a plus. BS/BA required. Compensation Range: The typical base salary for this role is between USD $131,587.50 – 203,000.00 per year and it may be eligible for participation in a corporate bonus program. Actual compensation offer may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, or other relevant factors. In addition to competitive compensation, Omnissa offers a variety of benefits such as employee ownership, health insurance, 401k with matching contributions, disability insurance, paid-time off, growth opportunities, and more. Omnissa is an Equal Employment Opportunity company and Prohibits Discrimination and Harassment of Any Kind: Omnissa is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity and to providing a work environment free of discrimination and harassment. All employment decisions at Omnissa are based on business needs, job requirements and individual qualifications, without regard to race, color, religion, ancestry, ethnicity, national, social or ethnic origin, sex (including pregnancy), age, physical, mental or sensory disability, HIV status, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, marital, civil union or domestic partnership status, past, present, or prospective service in the uniformed services, family medical history or genetic information, family or parental status, veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations in the locations where we operate. Omnissa will not tolerate discrimination or harassment based on any of these characteristics. Omnissa welcomes applicants of all ages. Omnissa will provide reasonable accommodations to applicants and employees who have protected disabilities consistent with applicable federal, state and local law. This job requisition is not eligible for employment-based immigration sponsorship by Omnissa. Originally posted on Himalayas

Busca, compara y prepara tu candidatura

No necesariamente.

¿Qué hago si no aparecen resultados?
