Core Responsibilities: Develop and own strategic SEO and GEO roadmaps across several domains, markets and business priorities. Lead high-impact SEO/GEO search initiatives and frameworks that drive business impact and growth through clear implementation, QA, measurement and optimization. Identify and prioritize SEO and GEO initiatives across on-site, off-site, technical, and emerging search optimization swimlanes. Develop complex SEO/GEO experiments to uncover search behavior trends and winning tests that strengthen our traditional and AI search optimization approach. Spearhead advanced SEO and competitive analyses, identifying key opportunities and gaps and translating findings into meaningful recommendations and activities. Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing, Digital Content, Web Development, UX and Data Analytics to develop emerging strategies, triage issues, and effectively track organic KPIs. Establish and define emerging SEO KPIs, standards and best practices to broaden how we track and measure success. Serve as a confident and effective communicator, taking complex search concepts and tailoring them into concise, business-focused narratives. Stay up-to-date on the latest search and AI search trends, forecasting how shifts and changes may impact our broader strategy. Required Experience: 5+ years of professional SEO experience in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of successful organic growth. Advanced knowledge of technical SEO, content optimization, organic authority building, keyword and topic cluster research and search intent. Strong interest and hands-on experience in developing optimization strategies for AI and emerging search experiences and platforms. Proven mastery of SEO and analytics tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Analytics 4, ScreamingFrog or similar tools. Expertise in lead management and flows, with hands-on experience in CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot. Demonstrated ability to approach initiatives with an analytical, data-driven mindset and prioritize activities effectively based on their projected ROI. Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to translate complex SEO and GEO data into clear insights and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders. Experience leading cross-functional projects involving teams across Content, Web, Analytics, Product Marketing, PR, Design, and other key marketing functions. Working knowledge of basic HTML and CSS. Self-starter who is driven, organized and can freely collaborate across teams. Busca, compara y prepara tu candidatura

No necesariamente.

¿Qué hago si no aparecen resultados?
