Sprinto is an Autonomous Trust Platform that centralizes trust requirements across security frameworks, vendors, and customers.
Sprinto autonomously executes tasks needed to maintain trust across compliance, audits, risk management, vendor risk, privacy, and AI governance, enabling organizations to maintain a strong, reliable trust posture without draining operational bandwidth and resources on repetitive tasks.
Backed by top-tier investors such as Accel, Elevation, and Blume Ventures, we’ve raised$31.8M in funding to fuel our mission. Trusted by over 4,000 organizations across 75 countries, Sprinto helps organizations stay audit-ready, manage real-time risks, and scale fearlessly. With 300+ native integrations and AI-driven automation, Sprinto supports 200+ global security standards natively, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and more. Sprinto's extensible architecture enables organizations to build and support an infinite number of custom integrations and frameworks.
Founded in 2020 by second-time founders Girish Redekar and Raghuveer Kancherla, Sprinto powers compliance for organizations like Whatfix, Encora, Anaconda, Whatnot, Ultrahuman, WeWork, Everstage, AI Foundation, HackerRank, and many more.
Nobody succeeds at Sprinto by staying in their lane.
We are organized around problems, not job titles. Sprinters take ownership beyond their role, solve hard problems, and care deeply about the impact they create. If something can be improved, fixed, or built, we don't wait for permission; we step in.
Being remote means we rely less on proximity and more on trust. We write things down, communicate openly, and move quickly because great teams aren't built by sitting together, they're built by pulling in the same direction.
We believe progress beats perfection, feedback is a gift, and doing the right thing matters, even when nobody is watching.
And while we move with urgency, we never move alone.
We're hiring an Organic Growth Manager to own how Sprinto gets discovered, chosen, and bought without paying for every click. You own the number: qualified pipeline and revenue from organic, AI discovery, and our website.
This is not an SEO role with a bigger title. It's a business owner's role. You'll set the strategy, build the team, run the analytics, and still get your hands dirty when a problem needs cracking.
Two goals, one number behind both: revenue.
Grow revenue from organic and AI discovery. Double organic-sourced qualified pipeline in next 12 months, measured in SQLs, pipeline value, and closed revenue. Not traffic.
Make Sprinto the answer wherever our buyers research. Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, analyst and review sites, publications, communities. When a Head of GRC at a 1,000-person SaaS company asks "what should I use?", Sprinto shows up, and shows up positioned right.
Own the organic growth strategy end to end: from discovery to qualified demand, pipeline, and revenue.
Decide where the team spends its time and money, and what it stops doing.
Build a clear, evidence-backed view of where Sprinto is winning and losing in discovery, and take the bets that changes the trajectory.
Investigate why certain pages, brands, and sources get picked by search engines and AI answers. Turn what you learn into experiments.
Treat every stalled metric as a problem to solve, not a status to report.
Solve attribution for AI discovery, where clicks are rare and influence is real. Define how we count it.
Run a portfolio of experiments, at least 15-20 a quarter across the team, with clear hypotheses, success criteria, and kill rules.
Make decisions from data and enable the team to do the same.
Win & Own the categories that matter: Compliance, GRC, TPRM, ERM etc
Fix how AI models describe Sprinto, starting with the "not enterprise-first" narrative.
Build discoverability with mid-market and enterprise buyers in the US and other priority markets.
Own how organic and AI-referred visitors convert: landing pages, comparison pages, CTAs, and conversion paths.
Work with BDRs & Sales on lead quality so we grow SQLs that close, not just form fills.
Build systems that compound: automation, programmatic approaches, and repeatable playbooks, so output doesn't depend on heroics.
Partner with Content Marketing to define what gets created, how it's distributed, and how it converts.
You own outcomes. You've owned a revenue or pipeline number before, not just a traffic number. When you commit to a target, you find a way to hit it. When something breaks, you don't wait to be told.
You're an exceptional problem solver. You break messy problems into parts, form hypotheses, and test them fast. You challenge easy explanations, including your own.
You're deeply analytical. You're comfortable in GA4, GSC, HubSpot or Salesforce, and spreadsheets or SQL. You can build a funnel model, spot the leak, and size the opportunity. You know the difference between correlation and cause, and you design tests that tell them apart.
You've built or turned something around. A growth channel, a product, a business. Ideally you've revived something that was declining, and you can show which decisions made the difference.
You understand where discovery is going. You know how search, AI answers, review sites, and communities shape B2B buying today. You've tested your way to results there, not just read about it.
You lead and still do. You can hire, coach, and set direction for a small team. You can also run the analysis or rebuild the page yourself when it matters.
Experience: typically 5-8 years in demand gen/inbound marketing or growth. You've cracked at least one non-paid channel yourself, such as organic, content, community, partnerships, or product-led, and can show how. You've solved complex, ambiguous problems and can walk us through your thinking. Experience leading people is a plus. Founders and founding marketers welcome.
US market experience is a strong plus. What you've built matters more than your last title.
At Sprinto, talent, curiosity, and ownership matter more than where you come from. We hire people for the problems they can solve, the impact they create, and the way they help others succeed—not their background, identity, or personal circumstances. We believe the best teams are built when people with different perspectives come together around a shared ambition to build something meaningful.
We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating a fair, inclusive, and accessible hiring process for everyone.

Start with a role or skill you want to use in your next job. Use the location and role filters to narrow the results, then open a listing to review the description. A title alone rarely explains the level of responsibility, working arrangement, or experience a team needs. Compare those details before deciding which opportunities deserve a tailored application.
Employers use different titles for similar work. If an exact phrase produces no results, try a shorter title, a core skill, or an alternative name for the role. Remove one filter at a time to understand which requirement is narrowing your search. A broader search can reveal suitable work without asking you to change your actual qualifications.
For each promising listing, read the responsibilities and separate essential requirements from preferences. Note the location, schedule, employment type, and compensation when provided. Missing details are questions to confirm with the employer. A remote opening may still require a particular country, work authorization, or time-zone overlap, so check the full posting before treating it as a location-independent opportunity.
Choose a few examples that demonstrate the skills this employer names. Explain your contribution and its outcome, using accurate numbers where available. Put the most relevant experience first and keep your resume easy to scan. Avoid adding technologies, qualifications, or achievements simply because they appear in a description. Your application should make your existing strengths easier to understand.
Follow the employer’s instructions for resumes, cover letters, work samples, and screening questions. Review the exported file before submitting it: confirm that contact details are correct, text can be selected, and links reach the intended pages. A resume check can help you spot unclear writing before you apply. Its feedback is advisory and does not predict a hiring decision.
Listings are collected from external sources and may change after they appear here. The employer or recruiting destination controls whether applications are open. If an original link is unavailable, check the company’s careers page for the title or move to another opening. An employer website link is a place to check current vacancies, rather than confirmation that a particular job is still accepting applications.
Keep a simple record of the company, role, job reference, application date, and documents you sent. Record any follow-up instructions and the next action you plan to take. This makes it easier to prepare for interviews, compare opportunities, and avoid applying repeatedly to the same opening through different boards. Review your shortlist as employers update their listings and prioritize opportunities with clear requirements that match the work you want to do.
